Wireless connectivity, good breakfast each morning, only 5 minute tram ride to the centre of Graz.

No gymnasium. Heating in rooms was too hot all of the time, even when thermostat was on lowest setting.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön,das Persona sehr sehr freundlich und zu vor komment.Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu emphelen.Wenn ich das nächste mal wieder nach Graz komme werde ich gere dieses Hotel wieder besuchen

Mercure m'a facturé sur carte affaire par le Web le prix des 3 chambres avant l'arrivée à l'hotel (6 nuits) - réservation pour 2 collègues. Pas de renseignement sur cette transaction sur place (415€ facturé alors qu'il y a une avance sur les 3 factures de 138€ --> 414€ ?). Pas du tout satisfait, je ne retournerai pas à cet hotel et je vais limiter l'usage de booking.com. J'attends une réponse svp

Wenn ein Gast statt Filterkaffe Espresso zum Frühstück möchte, wird dieser extra berechnet. Das Servicepersonal ist teilweise inkompetent. Die Steckdose für Elektrorasierer im Bad war nicht in Funktion, und das Problem nicht lösbar.
