Very good location for shopping, stuff was helpful, parking in the street is free of charge during weekends. Hotel needs facelifting, it looks very much ``tired``, with old furniture, doors, bathroom. I asked for better room, they told me they have it but not free at the moment. Would not stay again. |

Its a very nice, but ruther simple hotel with a very friendly and helpfull staff. Location is perfect for budget shopping. City center is about 25 min by foot or 10 minutes by metro. A metro station is 2 min walk. I'd recommend this hotel for a short break if you spend most time outside the hotel and if you are not ready to spend much money for central location. |

The staff in reception were very helpful; the room was large; the bar is wonderfully atmospheric and has an astounding range of drinks available. My room was a little "tired" |

Situation was good, extremely convenient. Staff were kind and helpful., everything was clean and efficient This isn't a dislike - just a feeliing. I suppose the word teutonic sums the hotel up. The room was drab and dreary. Everything worked well. But, it was not a boutique hotel, which was how it was described. I have stayed in a number of boutique hotels, and they are lovefly. |

The hotel is in a good location and little vehicle traffic. The room size was decent and the staff spoke good english. There was no wireless in the hotel just a computer in the hallway. |

Excellent independent bar on the ground floor The very high price (140 euros per night) did not reflect the standard or size of my room or the fact it was room only |

the central position of the hotel and at only 1 underground station from the west train station our room had a view towards the interior of the hotel, so it was pretty dark, the natural light couldn't break into the room |

The proximity to the areas we wanted to see. It was also very close to a main subway stop. Put on the 5th floor (actually the 6th floor) with a view of the roof. The room was very hot, and even with the window open never cooled down. |

The hotel is ambient, not far from the centre of the town, yet it remains quiet. We appreciate the cleanliness and daily change of bed sheets, but mainly the aproach of personel that are profesional, helpful and unobtrusive. |

Quality of breakfast is OK, but for 11 euro p.p. it was a bit plain. It's too hot in the room, not a/c and fan. Very bad condition. |

Good location, nice room, bath, friendly staff A lot of stairs - you cannot even get to reception without climbing a flight. And the list does not go to the top floor. No proble if you are in good health and your luggage is not very heavy. |
