The staff were pleasant, the room comfortable, breakfast delicious, location very convenient

The staff was very helpful and nice all the time. Breakfast was great, very rich. The room is huge, with high cealings and it was very clean. I consider a plus the proximity to the metro sation and the central location, especially if you are interested in a shopping trip in Vienna.

Our room had the windows towards the street so you could easily hear cars passing by and the customers of the bar chatting in front of the hotel.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes to city center, 2 minutes to metro station, 1 minute to the main shopping street of Vienna. All girls in reception were very pleasant and helpfull. Rooms are very clean

Pleased to stay in this central location with pleasant staff, good breakfasts. Taking the Vienna on-off tour bus enabled us to travel to sites with no extra travelling costs too.

Really well located, five minutes walk to the subway station and twenty minutes to almost all downtown cultural and historic sights. Did not have much time for sightseeing, though ( too short a stay).

I was "encouraged" to pay upfront and the Western European couple that checked in before me was not asked to do it so I felt discriminated on the basis of my nationality. That was the only unpleasant moment during my stay there, other ladies at the reception desk were really helpful and polite.

The central position of the hotel was very good and close to city transport facilities.

We booked a double room possibly on a high floor and they gave us a very very small room on the last floor (under the roof) with a very tiny bathroom. We could hardly fit our suitcases in the room and this room on the 6th floor is definitely for one person only. Upon our request they moved us to a bigger decent room after 2 nights in the single room.

People from Hotel were so Kindly and they really help us in anything. The point is very good, next to Underground, next to the most points of Viena, good shops, restaurants facilities.

Not at all.But we have to Know that it´s a too simple hotel.
