Viena. Lo mejor esta fuera del Hotel. La hubicacion no es mala. Si. 1 tarde llegamos a las 19hs y la perta se encontraba abierta de par en par.No faltaba nada de la habitacion. No me dieron explicaciones. Poco serio, muy poco serio...... |

Muy próximo a la zona de tiendas de Viena y próximo a paradas de metro. Se agradece que el staff hable español. El edificio es algo antiguo, y eso conlleva que las habitaciones sean antiguas, techos altos, mobiliario desfasado, moqueta, ... aunque no está mal de poco, le haría falta una pequeña renovación. |

el personal excelente ( hablan español y son muy atentos en cuanto a información turística ) , Internet gratis en el hall, hotel limpio y habitación amplia. Es muy céntrico, al lado de una de las calles comerciales más importantes de Viena. sin canal de televisión internacional |

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, gave us useful tips and information about where to go and how to get around on our short stay. Choice for breakfast was a bit limited and rather expensive for 11 euros we felt. |

Very good location for shopping, stuff was helpful, parking in the street is free of charge during weekends. Hotel needs facelifting, it looks very much ``tired``, with old furniture, doors, bathroom. I asked for better room, they told me they have it but not free at the moment. Would not stay again. |

Its a very nice, but ruther simple hotel with a very friendly and helpfull staff. Location is perfect for budget shopping. City center is about 25 min by foot or 10 minutes by metro. A metro station is 2 min walk. I'd recommend this hotel for a short break if you spend most time outside the hotel and if you are not ready to spend much money for central location. |

The staff in reception were very helpful; the room was large; the bar is wonderfully atmospheric and has an astounding range of drinks available. My room was a little "tired" |

Situation was good, extremely convenient. Staff were kind and helpful., everything was clean and efficient This isn't a dislike - just a feeliing. I suppose the word teutonic sums the hotel up. The room was drab and dreary. Everything worked well. But, it was not a boutique hotel, which was how it was described. I have stayed in a number of boutique hotels, and they are lovefly. |

The hotel is in a good location and little vehicle traffic. The room size was decent and the staff spoke good english. There was no wireless in the hotel just a computer in the hallway. |
