Ubicación cerca de metro y de calle con tiendas. Habitacion muy calurosa,moqueta muy sucia,no tienen aire acondicionado, no limpian debajo de la cama,calle ruidosa a 1ª hora por serv. Basuras salvo fin de semana, television no dispone del canal internacional español, no cambian las sabanas solo las estiran y mal, no revisan si hay jabon en la ducha, un dia ni pasaron por la habitacion, desayuno regular, pension no hotel, caro para lo que ofrece |

Bien ubicado, trato amable, un buen bar de copas en la noche. Tranquilo La información mostrada wn la Web no se corresponde a las habitaciones entregadas. Es un hotel antiguo con moqueta en las habitaciones. |

The staff was very helpful and nice all the time. Breakfast was great, very rich. The room is huge, with high cealings and it was very clean. I consider a plus the proximity to the metro sation and the central location, especially if you are interested in a shopping trip in Vienna. Our room had the windows towards the street so you could easily hear cars passing by and the customers of the bar chatting in front of the hotel. |

Very good location, nice architecture, professional staff, nice old fashioned style, very clean and modern bathroom and amaizing bed linen. Expensive internet when you have lots of free hotspots arround, furniture could have been more up to date, expensive breakfast offer |

The staff where very helpful, we lots our luggage and they phone for us and let us use the phone to trace it. The staf all spoke good english and help us find place we wish to visit. We can not thank them enough There was only cocktail serve in the bar, this was good but some time just a beer or glass of wine. A tea/ coffee machine would be good. but there is a mcdonlds very close |

The location is excellent, 10 minutes to city center, 2 minutes to metro station, 1 minute to the main shopping street of Vienna. All girls in reception were very pleasant and helpfull. Rooms are very clean The smell of smoke coming from the bar to the room |

Pleased to stay in this central location with pleasant staff, good breakfasts. Taking the Vienna on-off tour bus enabled us to travel to sites with no extra travelling costs too. |

Really well located, five minutes walk to the subway station and twenty minutes to almost all downtown cultural and historic sights. Did not have much time for sightseeing, though ( too short a stay). I was "encouraged" to pay upfront and the Western European couple that checked in before me was not asked to do it so I felt discriminated on the basis of my nationality. That was the only unpleasant moment during my stay there, other ladies at the reception desk were really helpful and polite. |

The central position of the hotel was very good and close to city transport facilities. We booked a double room possibly on a high floor and they gave us a very very small room on the last floor (under the roof) with a very tiny bathroom. We could hardly fit our suitcases in the room and this room on the 6th floor is definitely for one person only. Upon our request they moved us to a bigger decent room after 2 nights in the single room. |

People from Hotel were so Kindly and they really help us in anything. The point is very good, next to Underground, next to the most points of Viena, good shops, restaurants facilities. Not at all.But we have to Know that it´s a too simple hotel. |

Very good location (walking distance to tourist attractions), 3 min. to the metro station. Spacious, clean and quiet room, comfortable double bed, the wardrobe capacious enough, small fridge, spacious and comfortable bathroom, free Internet access (but only in the reception). Friendly staff. Very poor lighting in the room (if you'd like to read in the evening, you'd better do it in very light bathroom) 8 stair steps up to the lift and then (if you have no luck) you have to drag suitcases next 14 steps (down, fortunately). Ramps would be useful. |
