インターネットはフロントに一機有るパソコンでしか出来ない。 ロケーションは最高。近くにスーパーがいくつか有るし、郵便局も近くに有る。 部屋でインターネットが使えない事のみ。 |

こじんまりしているものの、歴史を感じさせる建物である。部屋は少し手狭なものの、バスが大変綺麗にしてあり、問題は無い。 |

部屋が面積・天井ともに広く、フロントのスタッフもチェックイン時に地下鉄路線図をくれたりと親切で、大いにくつろげました。クロゼットやデスクも大きく、荷物が多い人や連泊にも適していると思います（ただし玄関から少し階段があるのは要注意）。地下鉄駅にも近く、通りに出れば飲食店がたくさんあるので大変便利でした。次回もまた利用したいと思います。 部屋のドアにチェーンロックが無いのが防犯上気になる人がいるかもしれません。あと、ホテルのそばのスーパーは閉店時間が早く、夜間はウイーン西駅まで出向かないとスーパーが無いので、食料や缶ビールなどを部屋で飲み食いしたい場合は注意が必要です。 |

静かで地下鉄からのアクセスも良かった。すぐ近くにスーパーや食事できるところもあり快適に過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。 特に無し |

ウィーン西駅から歩いていける距離です。一番近い地下鉄の駅はＵ２の西駅の次のZieglerg.で、Stephanspl.（シュテファン広場）よりの出口から出るとすぐに付けます。 部屋のシャワーを使うとき、カーテンを引いていても、壁伝いに水が床に流れるので、使うときに注意が必要だった。 |

地下鉄の駅から近く、便利だった。部屋も大人２人子供２人で広い部屋を用意していただき快適でした。 |

マリアヒルファー通りから少し入っているので夜は静かだった。駅に近く、買物にも便利だった。子供のエキストラベッドを申し込みしていなかったが、ソファにシーツがかけられて準備してくれていた。値段の割りにとても快適なホテルであった。 部屋によってはエレベーターを降りてから階段を使用しなければならないので重いスーツケースを持ってあがるのがきつかった。ウィーンだから仕方がないのかも知れないが、駐車料金が１泊１７ユーロは高い。 |

Nice location, staff are very friendly and helpfull ! There's no lift to 5th floor, it's a bit inconvinience however you can deal it. You can get a bathtub if you request when you book. |

Staff very friendly, good location near center of city, near to metro U1 and U4 Room temperature too high even by opening windows all the evening, cleanness of room and especially bathroom could be improved |

The staff was very helpful and nice all the time. Breakfast was great, very rich. The room is huge, with high cealings and it was very clean. I consider a plus the proximity to the metro sation and the central location, especially if you are interested in a shopping trip in Vienna. Our room had the windows towards the street so you could easily hear cars passing by and the customers of the bar chatting in front of the hotel. |

Very good location, nice architecture, professional staff, nice old fashioned style, very clean and modern bathroom and amaizing bed linen. Expensive internet when you have lots of free hotspots arround, furniture could have been more up to date, expensive breakfast offer |

The staff where very helpful, we lots our luggage and they phone for us and let us use the phone to trace it. The staf all spoke good english and help us find place we wish to visit. We can not thank them enough There was only cocktail serve in the bar, this was good but some time just a beer or glass of wine. A tea/ coffee machine would be good. but there is a mcdonlds very close |

The location is excellent, 10 minutes to city center, 2 minutes to metro station, 1 minute to the main shopping street of Vienna. All girls in reception were very pleasant and helpfull. Rooms are very clean The smell of smoke coming from the bar to the room |
