O hotel é bastante central o que permite que o centro histórico da cidade seja visitado a pé. A relação qualidade/preço é bastante boa. Apesar de estar situado no centro é bastante sossegado.

O pequeno-almoço deveria ser mais barato.

A localização é maravilhosa. Fica bem na zona comercial e próximo ao Quarteirão dos museus. Não poderia ser melhor.

Sim. O hotel não dispõe de internet por wireless, conforme anunciou. O que disponibiliza é um computador na recepção SEM qualquer programa, ou seja é impossível abrir anexos.

The staff was very helpful and nice all the time. Breakfast was great, very rich. The room is huge, with high cealings and it was very clean. I consider a plus the proximity to the metro sation and the central location, especially if you are interested in a shopping trip in Vienna.

Our room had the windows towards the street so you could easily hear cars passing by and the customers of the bar chatting in front of the hotel.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes to city center, 2 minutes to metro station, 1 minute to the main shopping street of Vienna. All girls in reception were very pleasant and helpfull. Rooms are very clean

The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful with any questions I had, including recommendations and directions. additionally, the location is close to the main shopping area and close to all attractions.

The central position of the hotel was very good and close to city transport facilities.

We booked a double room possibly on a high floor and they gave us a very very small room on the last floor (under the roof) with a very tiny bathroom. We could hardly fit our suitcases in the room and this room on the 6th floor is definitely for one person only. Upon our request they moved us to a bigger decent room after 2 nights in the single room.

People from Hotel were so Kindly and they really help us in anything. The point is very good, next to Underground, next to the most points of Viena, good shops, restaurants facilities.

Very good location (walking distance to tourist attractions), 3 min. to the metro station. Spacious, clean and quiet room, comfortable double bed, the wardrobe capacious enough, small fridge, spacious and comfortable bathroom, free Internet access (but only in the reception). Friendly staff.

Very poor lighting in the room (if you'd like to read in the evening, you'd better do it in very light bathroom) 8 stair steps up to the lift and then (if you have no luck) you have to drag suitcases next 14 steps (down, fortunately). Ramps would be useful.

clean rooms, cosy Austrian atmosphere, good location with everything on walking distance. Hotel has good recommendations for restaurants in the vicinity.

Quality of breakfast is OK, but for 11 euro p.p. it was a bit plain.
