Otel çok merkeziydi.Her yere metro olduğu gibi stephansdom gibi turistik mekanlarada yürüme mesafesindeydi.Alışveriş icinde en ideal caddede olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Odalar yeterince konforlu,çalışanlar guleryuzluydu. Temizlik acisindanda hiçbir sorunla karsilasmadm. |

Çalışanların güleryüzü ve hizmet anlayışı...Esimin dogumgunu sebebiyle gittik, bunu farkedince odaya esim icin ozel sampanya ve ufak armaganlar biraktilar, cok ince bir jestti. Odalarin temizligine diyecek yok ancak eski dekor ve kucuk odalar...Ayrıca pencere bina bosluguna baktigi icin havanın nasıl oldugunu pencereden bakarak anlamaniza imkan vermiyor...Bu onceden belirtilmeli ve bu odalar normal standart oda fiyatından ucuza verilmeli. |

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, gave us useful tips and information about where to go and how to get around on our short stay. Choice for breakfast was a bit limited and rather expensive for 11 euros we felt. |

Very good location for shopping, stuff was helpful, parking in the street is free of charge during weekends. Hotel needs facelifting, it looks very much ``tired``, with old furniture, doors, bathroom. I asked for better room, they told me they have it but not free at the moment. Would not stay again. |

Its a very nice, but ruther simple hotel with a very friendly and helpfull staff. Location is perfect for budget shopping. City center is about 25 min by foot or 10 minutes by metro. A metro station is 2 min walk. I'd recommend this hotel for a short break if you spend most time outside the hotel and if you are not ready to spend much money for central location. |

Situation was good, extremely convenient. Staff were kind and helpful., everything was clean and efficient This isn't a dislike - just a feeliing. I suppose the word teutonic sums the hotel up. The room was drab and dreary. Everything worked well. But, it was not a boutique hotel, which was how it was described. I have stayed in a number of boutique hotels, and they are lovefly. |

The hotel is in a good location and little vehicle traffic. The room size was decent and the staff spoke good english. There was no wireless in the hotel just a computer in the hallway. |
