Great service, very friendly staff that took care of all our needs and always went that extra mile. I read a few bad reviews before booking miramonte about the staff only speaking German and being quite arrogant but this is defiantly not the case. Hotel provides a taxi from the train station to the hotel and a service every morning/late afternoon to the ski lifts, making it a great hassle free experience. The rooms were very nice, modern and had great views. Breakfast in the morning was a wide range of healthy and light options (don’t expect heavy or greasy stuff!). The spa facilities are great but it can be difficult to get a slot for specialist treatments as it does get busy, so pre-book if you can. The hotel has a great bar and dinner service that was reasonably priced.

First of all the staff was fantastic, highly service minded. My partner had an accident the last day of our stay and had to have a surgery. I stayed for an extra day and there was no problem, I kept the same room and they only charged med for single person. They arranged a dinner after restaurant closing hours and they let me borrow they computer as I had to work for 2 hours. And in the morning they parked my car so I only needed to jump in it and drive a way. They took care of me - and Im grateful. Everyone was kind and attentive. As for the hotel, the view from the hotel is beautiful. You can sign up for pick up every morning and afternoon to ski lope. There is complimentary soup and five different kind of cakes in the afternoon. The room was nice, warm and clean. The bed was comfortable.

We loved the look of the place and the breakfast was fabulous. The soup and cake after a whole day of skiing was a great extra bonus. All the staff was always smiling and seemed to enjoy their work.

The breakfast could start a bit earlier, considering that many guests wanted to head out to ski early. The remodelling of the rooms could have been done with better care, for example the ceiling in the bathroom.

As a plus I could mention great breakfast, free soup for lunch and really money-to-cost dinner - 20 euro for buffet salads and 3 course meal. Wi-Fi worked properly. Location is nice, the view from panoramic rooms is wonderful. The design of the hotel is also very nice. Bad Gastein in a lovely place even you are not snowboarding.

I absolutely didn't love the staff. First of all, almost all of them have problems with understanding English. Second point is that almost all of them are unhelpful and not client oriented at all. As all hotel information is in German you simply forced to talk to them. Please note, that spa is - I guess- enigma, cause it's a problem to have an appointment. For example you could have a facial only if another guest will join you because the staff is outsourced. There is only one internal staff for body treatments so the spa is always booked. I advise you to make an appointment in the spa at the moment of booking. I recomend you to go to Alpentherme in Gastein to have all treatments. It could be a problem to have a taxi - we have missed our train because there was no taxi available and the receptionist didn't even call for it when we asked. Do not expect that staff will give you a hint that there might be a problem with booking a taxi. Please note that balcony in superior room is common balcony. There are no deposit box and no minibar in rooms. Bathroom looks outdated. And there is no aircon!

Good friendly service with a flair for the personal touch in a laid back atmosphere. Recommend good value dinners taken in a room with a high Alpine view. The food is good here. Fine bar to begin and end the evening. Chill out sunbeds for sunny days. Free cake for tea and always free apples, a nice touch. Pay extra for a room with a view.

Car parking a bit of a scramble on busy days, so some creative parking may be required. Shower baths in our room were unusually awkward and slippery to access. Charged higher weekend rate for Thursday night.

Outstanding in every dimension: staff, friendliness, eagerness to help, breakfast variaty, etc. Great facilities for winter sports (ski room, transfer to resorts), spa (therma baths, leasure rooms).

комфортная обстановка, очень милый персонал, всегда готовый прийти на помощь решения любых проблем. приятно, что есть возможность позаниматься йогой (занятия без оплаты), очень вкусные и легкие супчики на ланч, штрудели и пирожные. доставка до основного подъемника, при оговорке и до других зон катания. ужины напоминают французскую кухню, вкусно, красиво и не обильно. до старого центра совсем рядом, до вокзала минут 16 пешком.

Miramonte hat im etwas morbiden Bad Gastein eine schöne Lage. Die MitarbeiterInnen im Restaurant waren außerordentlich freundlich. Das war's dann aber auch schon...

Am 1.,2. und 3. Tag habe ich sehr freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich auf Lilien allergisch reagiere, und darum gebeten, diese zumindest aus dem Restaurantbereich zu entfernen (es fragt sich eh, was so intensiv riechende Blumen im Restaurant verloren haben...); trotz Zusage ist nichts passiert. Am 4. Tag habe ich verärgert und nachdrücklich darum gebeten - wieder die Zusage; am Abend immer noch die Lilien ... Da hilft auch nicht der spendierte Wein am letzten Abend: Das ist ignorant, inkompetent oder auch despektierlich. Außerdem ist Zi 210 wegen der Lautstärke vom Flur und der Dusche des Nebenzimmers nicht zu empfehlen.

Очень понравился отель. Замечательный персонал, вкусно кормят, виды из окна сказочные.

Не очень хорошо организована работа шаттла к подъемникам, приходилось ждать лишних минут 40, несмотря на то, что отель заявляет возможность уехать/приехать каждые 15 мин. Проблемы с парковкой возле отеля.

Zufahrt im Winter extrem

Super Lage, bekamen gleich ein Upgrade auf Zimmer mit Talblick. Liebevolle Ausstattung des Hotels. Sehr freundliches Personal an Rezeption, im Service und im Wellness-Bereich. Der Shuttleservice hat einwandfrei funktioniert, am Abreisetag konnten wir alle Facilities sowie die Nachmittagsjause nutzen. Der Saunabereich ist sehr angenehm und bietet einen tollen Ausblick.

Die Qualität des Personals ist sehr unterschiedlich. Teils mussten wir selber unseren Frühstückstisch "zusammendecken".Der Lounge-Bereich könnte sauberer sein. Beim Abendessen lieber weniger "Gourmet-Touch", aber dafür dann richtig bodenständig gut. Ebenso beim Frühstück, lieber zwei, drei frische Säfte als acht verschiedene. Fazit: Weniger Style und mehr Inhalt.

Smuk udsigt! Uden ekstra omkostning fik vi opgraderet vores værelse. Således fik vi den smukkeste udsigt over bjergene samt en balkon.

Stilvolles Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen, freundliches Personal, gutes Essen.

Der Parkplatz ist zu klein und wird zugeparkt. Somit ist es schwierig oder zumindest umständlich mit dem Auto zu den Liftanlagen zu kommen und man ist auf ein Shuttle Service angewiesen. Platz bekommt, wer sich rechtzeitig in eine Liste einträgt. Fand ich vor allem für die Rückfahrt etwas unangenehm, weil man ja vielleicht auch spontan entscheiden will, wann man genug hat vom Schifahren. Wenn man nun auch noch in der Mittagspause des Fahrers zum Hotel will, dann kann es überhaupt dauern! Trotzdem würde ich diesen kleinen Schönheitsfehler wieder in Kauf nehmen, denn das Hotel ist wirklich schön!

Das freundliche personal, und das spitzenmäßige frühstück.

Verbesserungswürdig wäre im winter vorallem für die skifahrer - frühstück ab 7.30!

Zimmer Abendessen Spa-bereich

Service, Essen, Saunaausblick, einfach alles. Style, Gemütlichkeit. Ein super gelungenes Resort mitten im Monaco der Berge ;)

Der fantastische Aufenthaltsbereich mit Panoramafenstern Richtung Gastein und Tal, nicht überdesignt aber trotzdem weit entfernt vom rustikalen Berglook. Die familiäre Atmosphäre am nachmittag, wenn nach dem Skifahren heiße Suppe und ein wenig Kuchen warten. Der kleine, aber feine Saunabereich. Eigentlich wie eine sehr hippe und clever durchdachte Pension 3.0
