Great staff & excellent welcome
The fact that there is a bustop right in front of the Hotel
Breakfast was really good with lots of food choice. The stuff was friendly and room comfortable.
May the breakfast could be more cheap
The fact that there was a reception was great in case we needed anything. The staff were nice and friendly. The atmosphere felt safe and the room was a decent size for two people. It was also quiet which was great.
Although the bed was a queen size, it was made up of two single sized mattresses which wasn't all that comfortable. The wifi wasn't very strong throughout the room.
very nice people at the reception and at the restaurant!
Very bad attitude! Our plane arrived early in the morning so we arrived at the hotel at 9:00 in the morning. We asked for an early check in because it was heavily snowing and couldn’t go anywhere, but they said that it is not in the policy of their hotel (even if they had rooms available). They asked us to come at 15:00!!! We asked if we could come earlier and the receptionist (name) got angry with us!... These people just don’t know about hospitality…if you want to feel mistreated you should definitely join this place…Run Lola Run!!
The reception and dining room staff were very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy. The wifi ok.
The variety of food. The rooms are a bit small
staff is incredible. Bed and bathroom wonderful.
Wifi not avaliable in my room. Elevator didnt work.
I liked the look of the room and the bathroom was nice enough. I liked that because I didn't need to be at my next location until 3pm and checkout was midday that they were fine with me staying in their breakfast room cafe and using the wifi. They even stored my luggage.
Inflexibility on checking in/out times.
I booked with my credit card and when I arrived at the hotel ask me again pay and that the card was just about guarantee, but me and keep the money from my credit card but also pays in hotel, and when I sent e mail I say that has not been doing this .I am sorry to have the hotel and want to 39.00euro receive negative comments from customers
location-close to bus stop, Metro station and shopping street.
Facility is old, TV doesn't work, nobody fix it during my stay (5 days) even I complained two times, telephone doesn't work neither. Small room for family.
Spacious room, nice toilet, helpful and friendly staffs
Elevator is scary, far from metro stations.
good hotel over all. From my point of view it may be closer to two star hotel, however it is clean, comfortable beds, cheap, nicely located and with friendly staff.
hard to find parking around. Not easy to spot hotel itself. Floor in the room was cold...
The single room was much bigger than I thought it would be and the toilet itself was a great size for a single room. All in all it was a good room to rest and the location itself was perfect as it made everything very accessible.
As my room was facing the street and I believe that there was construction work, it was extremly noisy? Even at 2am it was noisy and it would stop after an hour and would start again at 10am. The noise level was intolerable.
Location, room and helpful hotel staff. Perfect value for money option.
There was nothing that I found disturbing during my stay.
Funky hotel , nice decor. Easily accessible via public transport. Nice shower gel, plenty of towels, warm ( we were there in January) Really liked the district.
The walls are very thin so hope for quiet neighbours. Showers are good but tight for space. Wifi not great and non existent in room 20!
As a threesome family, we find the room size very satisfactory. Plenty space for bags and ect.
The free wi-fi signal was strong enough, however it was slow. The shower was tiny.
Comfortable equipment, nice and clean room, location, possibility of parking near hotel
Noice during night - could be accidential, overheated room during night, 20 min to the nearest metro station by foot
Location , staff, tea/coffee courtesy , breakfast , quite, rooms bathrooms big enough, walking distance to three metro stations and bus stops.
Noone at reception after 9 pm until morning . At least a few English or international TV channels should be ( this problem general in Austria hotels ) , shower is very small..Rooms are a bit cold in the midnight..
location, ceanliness, bed, washroom
One of the five room (19), was very tight, not for two. Close to the double bed stood the warderobe, 10 cm place to go to the bed. On top of this warderobe was the TV, impossible to see from the bed. This warderobe stood 10 cm from the washroom wall, because there was the light switch, difficult to find and use it. This room were better for a single room with single bed or a double room without so big warderobe.
Location: 5 minutes to MariaHilferstrasse, 20 minutes to Vienna Innerstadt. Price: we paid 43 Euros/double room. Not bad considering the location.
No landing to unload the car. Impolite staff. Room dirty: my wife dropped an earring and I looked under the bed - the dust was 1 cm deep there. Check-in at 15:00: kind of late. We arrived at 12:30 and could not check in. No staff after 21:00 Elevator not working after 21:00
Very good breakfast.
The position, the room , the cleaeness, the asian lady at the reception
They told me that they had a parking but it was closed, fortunately i staied on saturday and sunday that you can park free anywhere but it could be became a big problem in other days.
