Great price, clean & centrally located!
good location near transit, friendly staff, good value for being so close to town center
- it's very close to Mariahilferstrasse - the stuff was very nice - you can leave your bags there after checkout
- I picked this hotel because it was stated it is quiet. It was very noisy. You will hear the water in pipes, the water splashing, even toilets and talks. It is also very close to an intersection so there is also traffic noise and no it is not quiet even in the late night. The bed and the floor were also very squeaky. I couldn't sleep the whole night.
Location, elevator, the room for three people was nice and spacious, there's a teapot in the room, cheap, convenient for a weekend stay and with little children. There's a breakfast for extra charge, but haven't tried it.
Wi-fi is not good, the heating didn't work in the mid October, was cold. A simple hotel for a maximum 2 days stay.
We liked the beds. They're very comfortable. The room is very clean which is important when you have kids.We didn't visit the cafe but it looked very stylish and modern.
I had asked for a baby cot in my email when booking. They had not noticed this message. So i helped the girl find one & i brought it to my room. But it was useless as there was no hard mat & mattress to lay on the bottom. The secretary tried to give blankets for the bottom but it was useless. The secretary was very nice though. I don't know who's mistake it was but i had requested the cot weeks before.
Excellent location 4 minutes walk to Mariahilf Street where the underground station is. Value for money Clean spacious room
No housekeeping Noise from the street if you open the window
Quiet, easy access to Metro.
The wifi is by no means working, it's not the problem of the connection to AP, but the network the hotel is using. The room smells too much perfume, seems to get over some smell.
No car parking
Wifi works so slowly
Good location, next to a bustling shopping street, and there are also two underground stations close here. Easy to get everywhere.
Poor internet connection, hardly can open any websites. Please notice that there are not any hotel staff after 9pm. Besides, it makes me felt insecurity to stay here because I can use my key to open both my room door and the hotel front door.
Nice and helpful staff. Good location. Easy to access public transportation. Clean and Cozy room.
Not include breakfast.
I found this on Booking.com and saw the price of room and rating and ended up taking a chance to stay at Hotel Mocca. I am sooo glad I did! The hotel was close to the subway and one stop from main train station in addition close to SHOPPING and good food. I still can't believe what a great value this hotel was...it was clean, contemporary and I felt safe.
Location is pretty good and everything is within the walking distance, for those who like to stretch their legs a bit. Rooms are clean, and beds are really good.
WiFi did not work at all and they didn't do nothing about it. If you heavily rely on internet connection for work like me, you should think twice about booking here.
the location, 5 min away by foot from the main metro line. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
The wifi was fair in the room.
I was extremly satisfied with the whole Hotel. But the breakfast buffet was a dream because of its rich offering! And besides tideness and kindness of straff the hotel's Location was top!see You Again Hotel Mocca!!!!
Hotel is located on Gumpendorfer Strasse 70, which is quite a long street. It is apx. 10min walk to the train/bus station and 20-30 min to the centre. Metro is only 3-5 min walk from the hotel (Mariahilferstrasse), there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel. My room was overlooking the main street so from 6am is quite noisy due to the cars/buses passing by. Make sure that your room will be on the other side you will be grand. However the hotel is spotless and bathrooms have a good shower. I would definitely recommend.
Noise from the street from early hours.
Clean and comfortable room with cozy beds and warm and clean bathroom. It was suitable for relaxing after a long day. The staff was helpful and up to date.
Proximity to center, value for money, clean, good access to metro.
Great location very close to metro stop. Helpful and courteous staff members helped me with late check in. Good wifi connection many restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately, there was road work during my stay, they worked till late but apart from that, it was fine, I do not expect this roadwork to carry on for long.
The position was very good to reach Vienna Center by walk. The room was clean and confortable for a couple. Wifi free.
Cost of breakfast and time of check in (but you can leave luggage there).
Hotel was great for what we were looking for. Suited us well
57A bus station in front of the hotel; Following Otto Bauer strasse - 5 minutes till Zieglergasse (U3) and other buses; At least 3 possibilities to eat after 8 pm (a pizzeria, caffe, small restaurant); SPAR and Apoteke, just in case
Extremelly Clean, great location, parking is within 3 minutes walk. For the value for the money is great. From outside the hotel does not say much but inside is modern and new. For sure will go back again.
The breakfast is amazing .. U can squeeze orange directly or make fresh carrot or any fresh juice... Staff are very friendly .. Great location and perfect price .. Every thing was excellent
Larger space for triple stay.
Signal wifi - inconsistency
