Spa area is great and the hotel is located in the immediate proximity of the ski slopes/rooms offer nice views on the mountain. Hotel staff is professional. Breakfast is not included and costs 15 EUR (this is expensive!) |

Spacious and comfortable apartment with good view of the mountains. Good location in the town. Facilities (eg swimming pool) on hand, but we were not disturbed when we just wanted to relax in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. |

I loved the location in the most beautifull place, Bad Gastan. Facilities were excelent and the breakfast was great.Will return to this hotel. The Dinner was only fair and the carpets a little bit grubby.I wont have dinner again there. |

Great value for money. Bathroom looked brand new. The Hotel Street address doesn't seem to be on any GPS system, so it was really difficult to find. We could see it, but not get there! Our friends struggled too. |

The family room with a kitchen was an excellent bargain for a European ski area. The staff was friendly and helpful. We think jaccusi/ whirlpools should be hotter |

It was one of the best stays I ever had in any of the appartment-type hotels. They offer a great variety of activities for children. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage was that due to the construction works on the main access road it was harder to find the location, however, if you ask in the Bad Gastein, people are very nice and willing to help. |

Les logements sont spacieux et très bien aménagés, les activités proposées sont nombreuses par contre le booling est payant et pas terrible. Hotel très bien situé géographiquement pour visiter le centre de l'autriche, village magnifique mais difficile de se garer à l'arrivée ensuite parking gratuit proche. Un hotel où nous retournerons avec grand plaisir et pour un plus long séjour. |

Terasa mare de pe care se puteau privi muntii aflati in apropiere. Curatenia in camere - in 3 zile nu am fost vizitati de personalul hotelului, nu s-a golit compartimentul destinat gunoiului, nu au fost schimbate prosoapele, nu s-a aspirat camera...La un hotel clasificat la 4 stele. |

Lejlighedens standard var klart over vore forventning. Receptionspersonalet var yderst hjælpsomme. Det generelle indtryk af hotellet var renlighed, venlighed og hjælpsomhed. Eneste mangel var en større udendørs svømmongpool. |

Das Hotel ist sehr hoch gelegen (wie vermutlich alles in Bad Gastein) und somit hat man vom Balkon aus eine wirklich tolle Aussicht. die Zimmer sind sehr schön, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Einchecken bekommt man automatisch die Gastein-Card, die wirklich viele Vergünstigungen in der Gegend bringt! Der Parkplatz kostet 5 € pro Tag, ist leider nur über zwei sehr steile (!) Straßen zu erreichen und zu später Stunde war der Parkplatz bereits überfüllt! Die Betten waren für unser Empfinden etwas zu hart. |

Wir hatten unser Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, aber im Hotel wusste keiner über eine Frühstücksbuchung bescheid.Kann peinlich sein, wenn man Frühstücken geht und es hat den Anschein, dass man sich ohne Bezahlung durchmogeln möchte... |

Es hat mir alles außer Lage gefallen Die Lage des Hotels ist unerträglich: von einer Seite des Hotels ist Autobahn und Eisenban in der Nacht zu höhren, von der anderen Seite laute Musik |
