it was very central to the shops and cafes and restaurants, i had to go through the dining room to get to my room. |

I loved the location in the most beautifull place, Bad Gastan. Facilities were excelent and the breakfast was great.Will return to this hotel. The Dinner was only fair and the carpets a little bit grubby.I wont have dinner again there. |

Great value for money. Bathroom looked brand new. The Hotel Street address doesn't seem to be on any GPS system, so it was really difficult to find. We could see it, but not get there! Our friends struggled too. |

The family room with a kitchen was an excellent bargain for a European ski area. The staff was friendly and helpful. We think jaccusi/ whirlpools should be hotter |

It was one of the best stays I ever had in any of the appartment-type hotels. They offer a great variety of activities for children. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage was that due to the construction works on the main access road it was harder to find the location, however, if you ask in the Bad Gastein, people are very nice and willing to help. |

Location, flexibility, value for money, kids club and Sissi (childcaregiver) Some staff members were helpful, some others were very useless, our room was very dark and did not have any view, however, we were charged as for any other room at a higher level, no excursions (e.g. to Salzburg) were offered by the hotel staff. |

Wir hatten unser Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, aber im Hotel wusste keiner über eine Frühstücksbuchung bescheid.Kann peinlich sein, wenn man Frühstücken geht und es hat den Anschein, dass man sich ohne Bezahlung durchmogeln möchte... |

Es hat mir alles außer Lage gefallen Die Lage des Hotels ist unerträglich: von einer Seite des Hotels ist Autobahn und Eisenban in der Nacht zu höhren, von der anderen Seite laute Musik |

Utmärkt hotell med bra läge centralt. Fin SPA-avd. Relativt nära liftstation,ca 300 m, men brant backe att ta sig upp och nedför( litet minus) |
