The best place!!! Couldn't be better!

The size of the appartment. We loved split level. The view from the hotel is amazing.

Towels are changed once per week on Tuesdays. Expensive breakfast

The lake views are spectacular! I liked the independence of the apartment units. There was a nightly 'kids club' (free babysitting) which was great - we left our son there and enjoyed meals as a couple in the restaurant! We were skiing at Loser, an easy 15-20 minute drive away. Ski school for the boy and cross-country skiing for the parents. I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel but it does have its Austrian charm.

Freindly staff.Daily towels change.It is a quiet location, not far away from crowded skiresorts.An accomodation in indepenent villas gives you a lot privacy .Very well equipped kitchen corner in a spacious room allows to prepare own food any time you wish.Besides, in the nearby village one can find 2 family restaurants with delicious local cousine.

We liked eveything in the hotel. The place is beautiful, the staff are very kind, the view is amazing.The resort is very child-friend, our children had a very good impression on Austrian people. The breakfast was one of the top experiences

The beautiful mountains, the Grundlesee, the safety of the walking paths, the little towns nearby. I enjoy staying there.

The location was very good. Nature around the hotel was amazing.

We liked the location very much and want to come back. This was our 2nd trip to this hotel. We usually select regular guest houses and appartements for our trips, but this time we have chosen this hotel, because in the mountains the weather easily can become bad and in this hotel there are many excellent opportunities even when it's raining or snowing outside. And I was right! We had ~10cm snow on our very first night at the end of October! For 3 days we enjoyed the snowy landscape of the lake and the surrounding mountains from the spa, from the sauna and from the restaurant. Then after 3 days the snow was gone and the beautiful authumn colors came back with some white snowcaps! The price included entrance to the wellness area, with 4 saunas. The room was cleaned every day and it was very nice (except the extra bed). The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.

- The internet price is irrealistic - for a 2 day's price I got a month of internet subscription at home! - We booked for 2 adults and a 9yrs children with breakfast at booking.com. However in the hotel an additional cost was added for our children's breakfast. It was not much, but according to booking we understood as it was in the price. - I thought we will get a normal bed for our children, but in reality it was an extra bed in the middle of the room, not leaving too much space for moving.

What's not to like? Everything was great!

Super location. Very well laid out in terms of separate blocks of accommodation. Nice swimming pool.

The only minor "criticism" to make is the distance to the (free) car parking area otherwise - happy with all. I would like to have seen a larger fitness room.

Close to the lake. Very nice view from the balcony. You can have a breakfast on terrace with very nice view. Perfect breakfast with champagne.

The View and exterior cleanliness, Well stocked and cleanKitchen and many good holiday offerings with sight seeing, bikes etc. If it were any where else you would give the place 3 stars the location makes it well worth a visit.

Poor Management of Staff especially in the restaraunt, they lack training, you cannot blame the employees, Mondi is a cattle pen get them in and out attitude, a smile would help sometimes, beds were very uncomfortable, quilts like lead weights, fortunately the visitors were really nice and quite, otherwise you would be able to hear anything in the rooms from so many units adjoining. Restraunt,Spa and Pool, far to small to cope with large influx of visitors.

The apartmants are located in the nice and silent environment at the lake. Easy to find it by car and free parking is available without booking. The breakfast is very good, everybody can find what really like. The apartmants are very pritty and cleaning service is ensured everyday.
