The location is very good just opposite the Old Town by the river. Staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but very small. |

Very nice hotel just steps away from oldtown. We had a stopover from airport to out skiing home. Just 10min by car from airport. New bathrooms. Breakfast was great with nice few from restaurant at the town. Great place to stay a few days to see Innsbruck |

Beautiful location just a few minutes walk to the old town, very friendly staff, comfortable clean room with a lovely bathroom plus excellent breakfast, would definitely recommend it to my friends. |

The most convinient advantage of the hotel , is it's location . It is exactly at the edge of the old historic center of the city, so you can go by foot, and it is easy accessible form the motorway.The rooms are big and comfortable. There is lack of big space for common use. Very small lounge& bar ,good for max 10 persons. I would say also that the breakfast is sufficient ,but it could have been better. |

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of room for skis with a great heated drying rack. Innsbruck is well connected with free buses to nine major ski areas and the hotel was within a five minute walk of one of the bus stops. |

We had the room that slept 6 people and had 2 bathrooms. The room was vey big and had a nice feel. As 5 adults and one child we had enough space for all of our luggage and the main bathroom had a separate toilet, so it was perfect. The breakfast was great - one of the best we had in 5 weeks of travel! The location is good as well - just across the bridge to the sights. The reception staff were not always the friendliest - we got the impression they didn't really want to be there! |

Good localisation. Free parking; Kindness of staff Breakfast : tables not always quickly cleaned. As a consequence, you have to seat in th back of the breakfast room. Buffet not renewed on time. Poor selection of pastries and hot meal. Air conditionning not efficient |
