Our hotel is the only one in the city centre featuring free parking. The hotel's own garage is situated 100 metres behind the hotel (without direct access to the hotel) and offers 24 spaces across 2 levels. To unload your luggage please stop in front the hotel in the hotel loading zone. Your room key allows you to enter the garage at any time during your stay.
Please note: Reservations for the car park are not possible. The placing of the parking lots is carried out according to the arrival of our guests. The garage is only suitable for cars with a maximum size of 4.00 metres in length and 2.20 metres in height. Parking on the street is free of charge from 19:00 to 09:00 and during weekends.

Very convenient site. Just across the bridge from the city - 5 minute walk. Hotel was clean and efficient - a good value. The hotel is located right on the street, making it more difficult to unload luggage. The parking is free, but not convenient. |

The staff were helpful, the room well appointed and comfortable and the location was excellent. The breakfasts were all that one could ask for. The only fault was the bar, which needs brightening up and refurbishing. Otherwise everythin was fine. |

We had a large family appartment consisting of two rooms, one with twin beds and one split with a double bed and seating area. There were two bathrooms and one separate toilet. Breakfast was good. The location absolutely ideal for sightseeing. Parking is a little way up a hill, although safe and secure, spaces are tight if you have a big car. |

The view on city and mountains from the room window was breathtaking. The beds were ok for our lenght (1m90+). The parking was "interesting", fortunately we were used to park our car in Amsterdam, but definitely, interesting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. |

Ideal location for all of the attractions of Innsbruck. Very clean. Parking is allowed at weekends in the "blue" Zone" very near the hotel free of charge or you can use the garage a little further away. |

The hotel's location just across the Inn river from the Innsbruck's old town was a big plus. The friendly and multilingual staff was courteous and helpful. Our room, though rather small had a well-designed bathroom, comfortable bed and Internet that actually worked. Considering the price we paid for the room we were rather disappointed in its small size. My wife and I are avid readers and this was not a room where two people could comfortably sit and read in their hotel room. |

Well situated, just 2 minutes walk to the edge of the old town. Concierge, Katherina was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave us good advice for our onward trip. Good range of options at breakfast. Free wi-fi. Free parking. Excellent view of river and old town in foreground and ski jump and mountains in background. Although air conditioned, at night the room was a little too warm for us. |

The location-just across the bridge from the Old Town section of Innsbruck was excellent, easy access to very impressive museum and just walking around looking at old buildings and eating out of doors. The "available parking" which was advertised turned out to be in the basement of building located up a very narrow alley--we had to put the car on a narrow elevator and take it down to the building's basement to park. Thanks goodness my husbad hanled this: I could not have negotiated the space -However, the city has very little parking space in this part of town ---so I guess we were lucky? |

Based on what I paid for the hotel, the room was a little small, but very well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The location is wonderful - if it hadn't been pouring I could have gone everywhere by foot! Wonderful continental breakfast and stunningly friendly staff. I would recommend it! |

Very helpful staff. Tea was brought to the room free of charge (becase the tea/.offee facilities advertised fo 2nd floor not operating). Comfrotable hotel. Good vew of city and mountains. Good to have parking near at hand but patience neededto get into car park especially if going to lower level via lift! Noisy at night |
