Breakfast - quality of food and cosy restaurant

Tea making not in rooms - though it was possible to get tea making tray if required

The room was clean and the washroom facilities were good. The Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room was a delight. Location to the old city is superb.

Parking was a HUGE issue. There was none available and we were just told to "find a space on the streets".

Parking garage is very tight. If you are very experienced driver, it is no problem.

A bit expensive, old building, parking is in separate building and the road is very narrow.

The staff was absolutly wonderful. Giving us instructions we needed, without that feeling of obligation. The breakfast was amazing, with welcoming people and the best of our trip. We could park the car without charge.

Our room was small comparing to others at the hotel but we had a one night stay.

Parking 5 minute walk, but not a big deal. Good because it is private, enclosed and free.

The hotel is located in a very nice part of Innsbruck, very close to the old town. To the recommendations, select the panoramic view. The staffs (at reception and restaurant) are very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. In any case, I warmly recommend this hotel.

Room are maybe small, but sufficient for a short stay

The location was great, it has view to the river and mountains, very beautiful, close to the city center. Nice room, very big, clean... Great breakfast too.

The parking lot was too far and it wasn't very easy to get there...

At first look we did not expect much from this hotel, however once we came to our room 28/29 (family room, we were pleseantly surprised, while older in style, the rooms had been very nicely renovated with 50" Tv in main and another smaller wall mounted tv in second eperate bedroom, two modern bath and shower rooms with seperate toilet, sitting area with lounge table and chairs. The hotel is a short 200mt walk over two main roads and bridge to Old Town. A good quality hotel, with very helpful staff.

Location, location, location - right above the Old City of Innsbruck, beautiful view and atmosphere of tradition. Convenient parking in their off-site garage, despite the central and crowded location. Still good value for money.

Breakfast was less than we expected.

Location of the hotel is very convenient - very close and within a quick walking distance to the main historic attractions of Innsbruck. Bathrooms (at the least the one in my room) appeared to have been renovated and was quite modern. Great view from the window - overlooking the river and into the city.

The room I was in appeared to be looking a bit outdated (apart from the bathroom), but you get what you pay for, and at this good price can't complain about something like that.

Location was fantastic, just across from the old town. Beautiful scenery overlooking river and old town. Clean, friendly staff, nice big breakfast included, good bathrooms, free wifi.

Great location, just outside the old town, so it was close enough and far from the noise. Excellent breakfast.

The room was quite hot and the thermostat was not easy to adjust

Staff were wonderful, couldn't help enough and genuinely interested in us enjoying our stay. Hotel itself was spotless and the room was a joy.

Perfect location with wonderful view of the river and old town. Helpful, friendly staff. Traditional style, especially the breakfast room. Lovely breakfasts. We had a room with a sparkly ceiling which was great fun as it looks like a normal ceiling until you switch out the lights.

Liked everything. Intending to stay again in the summer.
