フロントデスク、バーなど皆さんとても丁寧、迅速、好感が持てました。旧市街すぐ近くの道路沿いという立地- 条件からか部屋は小さめですが、それなりに機能的な工夫がされており、とても清潔で管理が行き届いている印- 象を強くしました。

お値段と比べて文句の言いようもありませんが、贅沢を言えば部屋のサイズがもう少しあればとは思います。

バスルームがリノベーションしたばかりのようで、清潔で最新だったのに加え、床が濃いブルーにキラキラ光る- 星のようなデザイン。おしゃれでした。

駐車場が狭かった。

4人家族で宿泊しましたが、部屋の広さも十分でとても綺麗でした。シャワールームとトイレも別々で、バスタ- ブも付いており、非常に快適でした。また、市街地からも近く、River viewだったため立地、景観共に家族皆満足していました。

今回、車での旅行だったが、駐車場はホテルのすぐ裏手にある物の、一方通行のためホテルのスタッフに同乗し- て貰い、かなり大回りして駐車する必要があった。

このホテルの満足度は、river view　か、building viewかで、大きく異なると思います。私は、river view で、市街を川越しに望める部屋を選び、非常に満足しましたが、同じフロアに、裏道に面した部屋が多数ありま- した。街にも近く、山にも近く、観光にはベストロケーションだと思います。

Location brilliant, hotel had old charm but extremely comfortable.We had a twin bed studio which was more than adequate. Great value for money, 5 minutes to the old town centre

Based on what I paid for the hotel, the room was a little small, but very well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The location is wonderful - if it hadn't been pouring I could have gone everywhere by foot! Wonderful continental breakfast and stunningly friendly staff. I would recommend it!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was extremely warm and the airconditioning was not capable of keeping the room cool.

Very helpful staff. Tea was brought to the room free of charge (becase the tea/.offee facilities advertised fo 2nd floor not operating). Comfrotable hotel. Good vew of city and mountains. Good to have parking near at hand but patience neededto get into car park especially if going to lower level via lift!

Noisy at night

Personnel was very friendly and willing to help. Thumbs up! They gave us a nice tip for a resaurant. Even before coming there it was easy to change the one-person room to a double room. The location is perfect, room was comfortable, with a separate toilet from the bathroom (which was comfortable and looked really nice). The ceiling had nice little stars as soon as we turned off the lights, very romantic. We were there during the world cup, the flatscreen TV was handy: good quality. The beds were nice, both me and my boyfriend slept like babies.

In my opinion, the breakfast was somewhat marginally for a 4 star hotel, I expected a bit more (for example, there were croissants - sometimes not there - , different types of bread, all good, but almost no fresh fruit). We had to ask for the coffee every morning, whereas you would expect 'automatic' service from the hotel. One minor thing about the room: it was 30-35 degrees when we were there, the airco was not cold enough, but then again: it was 30-35 degrees, maybe with these temperatures any airco has difficulties.

The room was nicely decorated and we have a very good view of the river and the old town was just across the road. very accessible to all the sights. fantastic breakfast, and there was coffee/ tea making facilities all day long.

The hotel had a non-smoking policy for the entire hotel except for the bar on the main floor. The smoke from this bar permeated the entire hotel which made the non-smoking rule ridiculous. The moron who formulated this policy most likely has a ``no pee`` area in his swimming pool.
