Просто и со вкусом. Отель расположен в 100 метрах от старого города. Из окон просторного сьюта, который мы заказали, открывается потрясающий вид: быстроводная река, Альпы и крыши старого Инсбрука. Бесплатная подземная парковка. Рекомендуем! It is simple and with taste. The hotel is situated 100 far from the old city. The windows of a comfortable suit, which we occupied, faced a wonderful view: a rapid river, the Alps and the roofs of old Innsbruck. Free underground parking. I recommend it! До подземного паркинга добираться не очень удобно. С переносом багажа в отеле вам никто не поможет. It is not very comfortable to get to the parking. Nobody will help you to carry the luggage from the hotel. |

The location...it was close to the old town and shopping areas. The room given was adjacent to the street and the noises kept us awake all night! Very annoying. |

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very nice, comfy bed, and a large bath/shower. My room was just above the restaurant, so early in the morning I could hear the staff preparing the breakfast. |

Easy to find and nice short walk across the river to the heart of Innsbruck. Their car parking building, while a short walk from the hotel, is a nice convenience because there is no parking anywhere near the hotel. |

I liked the fact that it was within walking distance to almost anything you needed, the people there were lovely and tried to accomodate us the best way possible I found the rooms did not have eough surrounding space for luggage especially for long distance travellers |

A friendly welcoming place with a helpful can do approach to things. Happy to make telephone calls on our behalf. The room (luxury one) was very bright and sunny with a small table and two chairs in the window. Lovely view over the river towards the old town and the night food market. The bathroom was compact but well arranged with a good shower/bath. Good position very close to the centre but in an open position - ideal for a city break. The hotel is on main road, just at the junction with the main bridge over the Inn with traffic lights, so there is traffic noise all the time, stopping and starting, which isnt deadened by the sound of the river which is also noisy, so not good if you like to have your windows open. (There is air con though). Rooms at the back would be quieter but wouldnt have the view. Services were limited for a 4^ hotel - no laundry service, no restaurant (only breakfast though the breakfast room was lovely and big with tyrolean decor and a super view), the bar - the only public space, downstairs and without the view, was only open from 6 pm. |

More fresh air is needed in the hall and in the room. Remove garbage at the corner at the back of the hotel. Staff at arrival were polite and helpful. Staff in charge of the reception in the morning could be trained to be more polite. |

Location right in heart of city. Room was very comfortable, with tasteful decor, and also a luminous starry ceiling. Free undercover parking, needed to use car lift to access. View from our window was of over looking rooms, although we were only staying for one night. |
