Breakfast was one the worst I had in Europe. Very basic . The waitress working at the breakfast was not polite at all and quite arrogant. The scrambled eggs served at the breakfast were "blue" and with a very suspicious aspect. I asked the lady to prepare new 2 scrambled eggs for me taking in consideration the available eggs were not eatable due to their terrible aspect. She responded that was what the hotel had to offer and refused to prepare new ones. After that she went to the kitchen and started to laugh while telling the story about the blue eggs in german for her counterpart. Unfortunately I can speak good german and understood everything, what was very frustrating for me and my wife.

Well situated just a few steps from the main bridge over the river Inn. Also its only a twelve minute walk from the main railway station in the City. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly with good advice on weather prospects and places to visit. The hotel room was fine with a very large bathroom - separate bath and shower. The hotel does not have a restaurant other than the breakfast room. However it does have two bars including one for smokers and one non-smoking. Innsbruck is good for a winter break and not as cold as we were expecting.

We found the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly and the rooms spotlessly clean and spacious. The brand new fitted bathroom was very luxurious. The hotel is in a superb position, very close to the old town and funicular up the mountain.

The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful! I don't have any complains about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Our second visit can't be beaten for location, friendliness, cleanliness very comforatable rooms. Great views of the city if you have a room at the front of the hotel.

Walking distance from city center (old town) with easy access by car. Large rooms. Excellent breakfast. Appreciated spa facility, tried swimming pool and turkish bath.

The location was perfect for walking around downtown and experiencing the Christmas markets. Its a good thing you don't need the car once you arrive, since the parking garage is quite small and difficult to get in and out (however it is free!). The room was clean, large and comfortable and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.
