The hotel is very conveniently located a close walk to the old town of Innsbruck and it has free parking and wifi. Staff we encountered were all nice and helpful. Rooms are in great condition. Breakfast buffet was very good as well.

We stayed in a non-smoking room, on I think a non-smoking floor and yet somehow, someone was smoking in a room nearby and the smoke was coming into our room. It was very annoying and frustrating.

Very interesting building. Parking nearby. Breakfast was very good.

The staff is very friendly and pleasing. The breakfast is veriously. Close to center of the city.

We had two bathroom in our double twin room. But cleaning staff cleaned only one of them. Everytime we told to receptionist about second bathroom.

Great location! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the young lady who checked us in and out. She demonstrated professionalism and delightful customer service. The room was well designed with all the amenities and, a special mention for the special effects on the ceiling of the room, very soothing touch of class for the guests as we lay down looking at the "stars". I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is simply perfect. Staff is really kind and helpful. Free parking close to the hotel is a great plus. And you can leave the car after checking out. Free wifi in the room! Breakfast is very good and the view from the nice living room is very nice. There is a pub open to 24, with also a smoking room. Nice very clean bathroom with tub and separate shower

Maybe the view from the room (facing other rooms) was not great, but it was really silent, and was not really a problem.

Although the rooms are typical Austrian/Swiss/German, meaning clean, stark and functional, the smoke rising from the bar is terrible. Given that the rooms are non-smoking, the smell of smoke is really unpleasant.

Difficult to find parking space when you never been there, very small room, very old tv, you can find better and cheaper hotels in the old town

Just returned from a 3 nights stay at the Mondschein in Innsbruck with my wife. We had a bedroom on the 4th floor on the front of the hotel overlooking the old town, river and mountains. The Room had a separate bathroom (nice decor) and WC located off a short hall with the bedroom facing the river. The Room was a little dated but very clean and tidy, we had booked a double room but it was two singles pushed together. Not a problem. The TV was very old but we weren’t there to watch TV. a small mini bar had soft drinks, wine and beers. They get charged on usage when you leave. We had B & B and the breakfast was very good, lots of fresh fruits, meats. Breads,yougurtts and cereal. Fruit juices, coffee and tea. Hot scrambled eggs and bacon. toast and a selection of cheeses. Very good service too. The Hotel is also in a great location, 1 minute from the old town and main bus/ tram stops All in all a great place stay in Innsbruck, our first visit to the hotel and city and it won’t be our last to either.

The hotel is in a superb location with views of the river,old town and mountains. The staff couldn't do enough for us,so friendly and helpful . Excellent breakfast ,very clean and lovely bedroom
