There were no soap in bathroom , was too small , and TV is located in wrong place

Breakfast is worth getting with free internet. Excellent transport link, bus stop directly outside giving access to all Salzburg attractions

Paying 7 Euros a day in large underground car park that was never busy

We loved the mountains and our memories of the City of Salzburg. We met here 46 years ago--January 1967. Great Memories.

Great place to stay! Very friendly staff, excellent room and bathroom, nice breakfast.

Wireless Internet was not really working, despite the fact that the signal and access codes were given.

very modern-looking hotel. the overall design of the room was great. the shower was very interesting as well. breakfast was great as well.

there was no telephone in the room and i didn't notice any stairs. if i would need to contact reception i would have to go downstairs (if anything is offered through internet i am not aware). in case of fire, earthquake, etc. stairs would need to be used but it looked as though the only means of getting downstairs is with the elevator. if there are stairs i was not aware of them nor were they clearly visible.

My room did not have telephone so I could not even contact the reception, in case of need.

It is a very good hotel; the transportation is convenient although it is a bit far away from the downtown and the central train station; the staff is friendly...

The staff are nice. Location is very near the bus station, and it is convenient to go to the downtown by public traffic.

The facilities in room are l little simple.

-Very clean -Modern design -Good room size for 2 persona -Great price! - Internet for free (lobby only) -Super market is nearby the motel. -bus station is across the street.

-A/C was not working and very hot, you cannot open the window due to the noise accross the street. -in my 3rd night there was noise coming out of the corridors that I had to wake up several times. - You need earbuds to isolate the noise. -Staff are not friendly with forigners! -Very far from the old town. -You need to ask the staff to change the bed sheets otherwise they wont.

A very clean hotel with very friendly staff. ideally placed for the local bus services both for the airport and the city centre.

would have been ideal to have more luggage storage space. if we were staying for A longer time this could have been A problem. however, we requested extra coat hangers which the staff very efficiently provided which made it easier.

You didn't have to book out until 12 so you didn't have to rush around in the morning which most other hotels you have no choice

The interior design is very nice.

They can improve the breakfast. In the bathroom was only a small recipient with shampoo. There were no other care products. There was no mini-bar.

Everything was cheap and all new very good

No fridge in rooms to put cold drinks in, no in room safe to put lock valuables in while you were away from the room, tv was only set in one language so. Was a waste for none speaking Germans, should be in more languages would be better

Everything was clean, and the staff was helpful and quick to respond to questions or service. Free wi-fi was also nice. The lounge area was great.

It is located next to the tram stop, so we had easy access to the city in about 10 minutes. It is also located next to a grocery store. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

There is no hand soap in the bathroom; we had to use the small bottles of shampoo/body wash.

Too simple of a Motel. If you're looking to just crash for the night, it's good. But if you're looking for something more comfortable like bigger room, kettles, glasses or a bigger desk, then look elsewhere.

Clean, modern hotel with a nice Design theme. Suitable for budget holiday makers. Friendly staff too - they were very thorough and helpful when I asked for directions several times within the city.

Slightly far from the City Center. Need to take a bus to get there if you don't have your own car.

Very clean. Can access wifi from hotel room. Convenient bus tranport to the centre. I would book this hotel if coming to Salzburg again.

Room small but very clean. Bathroom very nice and clean. At the rear of the hotel there is a big supermarket where it's possible to buy something fresh to eat for both breakfast and lunch. The bus stop (bus number 3 from the train station) is opposite the entrance of the hotel. Transport Information Office in front of the hotel.

Both spring matress were unconfortable, one had a couple of broken springs. No wardrobe and no fridge in the room.
