A perfect hotel! Excellent value for money, great services, great lication!
No side table to put our stuff on
Motel is clean, location is perfect.
Breakfast was almost picnic like - tables are useless, you almost eat on your knees.
Everything in this hotel is EXCELLENT: rooms, breakfast, location.. I would definitely go back to it. Vienna is a VERY beautiful city and our stay in this hotel made it even more beautiful. I love it !
like most of Europe hotels, not having a bidet in the bathroom is annoying.
Breakfast whilst basic was good and enjoyable.
Very basic rooms. No luxuries. Had no phone in room and the next room was having a party until early morning. Had to go to reception as I couldn't call them. Even though I had a double bed I got one pillow and a single duvet. Also I asked for extra pillows, which I got but were taken away by housekeeping
We had a very pleasant stay at Motel One Wien Prater. The mattress was very comfortable, the breakfast rich and varied. I not a breakfast fan, but I will list (for those interested) which includes breakfast: fruit salad, boiled eggs, yogurt, ham, cheese (including Philadelphia, Exquisa) jar jams, honey, croissants, various types of bread, juices, milk, various coffees (very good coffe, by the way), cereals ... The rooms are spacious, with new furniture and have very good sound insulation (windows and walls). I slept very well, because the hotel and the room are quiet. The hotel is very clean, the room is spotless, the cleaning girl (Natalia) very nice and helpful. The staff serving breakfast and the one at the reception is very nice. For those who are more demanding, I'll mention that the bathroom is a bit small (for me it was not a problem), but very clean and with new and quality equipments, there is no soap (only shower gel/shampoo), there are no closets in the room (just hangings), but for me it never was a problem (I stayed only 4 days). The price was a little high. I got a busy period and I paid approx. 150 Euro / person for room with breakfast included. It was a bit far from center (apx 30 min walking), but the metro station is next to the hotel. Overall, I was very happy staying at Motel One Wien Prater. I recommend it.
I like the - hotel - location - nice stuff - very clean
- No phone inside the room. - You should pay money when you do check in.
Location and comfort.
Excellent location for any events at Wien Messe or the Prater, situated right next to an underground station for easy connections to the rest of the city. Very good breakfast buffet available either in the bar or tucked away in an extra room behind the bar. Good selection of cheese and meats, some of the best 'Semmel' I've had in a long time. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, and croissants too. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel even before I checked in and after I checked out the next day. The staff did NOT allow you into the room to collect your luggage for extra security.
My room smelled awful. When I arrived the window was wide open so I'm sure hospitality must have known about the problem. It smelled like cold cigarette smoke, alcohol and sweat - and even with the window open all day it had not gone away. I think the carpet probably needed to be changed as the smell was strongest near the floor.
A great value in a beautiful space!
Located next to the train station Comfortable Beds Newer Very Good Breakfast Close to Taverns and Restaurants
No Restaurants On Site No Phones in Rooms
The facilities and funky "new" nature of the decorations. Great outdoor area, close to the amusement park at Prater.
Wi-fi didn't work in our room on the morning we left. We had to physically go to the ground floor to activate it. It worked fine the night before though.
Close to my Office in Donaumarina and also after work the subway from messe Prater will take you to the center Karlplatz. You do not need to change the lines.
The biggest value of this hotel is its staff! Very polite, friendly, patient, willing to provide a lot of informations and very professional. Hotel is new and very clean and got super lounge bar!
The rooms are small and no hand soap and wardrobe in the rooms. Also no phone and minibar but I don't care for that.
Next to prater, although no time to try the ride, just passing by from hotel to station.
Very clean hotel, nice bathroom, nice lobby.
The staff was ok, not the best. No safety-deposit box. No mini bar. The location was not the best.
Staff friendliness, cleanliness, modern decor, excellent breakfast, accessibility to public transport (U-Bahn). Location is good but only for the Messe, the WU (University) and the Prater.
1) No laundry facilities in the hotel (not even a clothes iron) nor any laundry nearby. I had to go about in crushed shirts. 2) Other than breakfast, no food in the hotel (lunch or dinner), nor any good restaurants nearby. Just a couple of cafeterias 3) WiFi in the room is weak 4) Only place to hang clothes - a rack on the wall - blocks the use of the mirror 5) No electric point at the work table 6) No luggage rack - nowhere to place the suitcase except on the floor
Close to U-bahn entry, goof value for money.
Rooms are pretty small, yet not uncomfortable. It can be crowded at some times in the lounge and at the reception.
Near by U and S Few meters walking from Prater
Good beds Helpful staff Good choice for breakfast Close to train
The hotel is new and clean.
The hotel is Uncomfortable.
Everything, specially very nice designed rooms, very good breakfast. I would recomend this hotel to the others. As I am a frequent business traveler, I am happy to be able to visit other hotels of Motel One network.
Honestly, I can't say anything bad.
Clean and very nice design, near the metro station.
Very poor internet service, almost not available, the value is little bit high.
Easy to get to, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to underground and to the conference centre.
Would have liked them to have a restaurant on site
