excellent access from the West station(the next building, but is is almost in the same building!). brand-new hotel, clean room, practical in-room facilities, bright lobby with open atmosphere . Good breakfast.

It was possible to check-in only after 15:00.

Next to West Vienna Train Station.

Small room and costly for price.

The location is ideal. Easy to get a train or metro and several stops metro to all important attractions. Well designed small room, user friendly. The bath is also good and not like someone said there will be flood during shower. Free wifi applicable in the room. Worth for money.

Air condition is broken and no one come to check after we complain during the whole three days.

The location was very well situated for travel and Tourism. It was very clean and the staff were excellent. Without reserving we were provided with a handicapped room. This was an excellent surprise.

The rooms were a little too efficient. A wash cloth and bar soap for the shower would be nice.

everything was nice and well prepared

1- no minibar in the rooms 2- breakfast marbles and honey wasted too much it'S better if you put A big cannes and A small cups and every one will take only his needs. 3- the main door close at 1 am which is early if we wanna engoy the nightlife of vienna. 4- the internet passwords expired everyday while it should cover all the stay. the above things is for your kind consideration because I like your hotel and want it to be better.

Acess to room is big job , because the rooms are located in circle.

Excellent location. Bus from Wien airport at the same hotel's door. Free wifi. Wolking distance to historical centre (25 min). Shooping centre next door.

Room a bit small. No wardrobe, only few hangers. Wifi sometimes did not work very well.

Excellent location. Near parking and shopping centar. Clean and close to shopping streats.

We chose this hotel because of its location. We had a train early in the morning so not to go too far into the city we stayed Motel One. I expected that it may be a little nosy because the hotel is right on travel station, however, it was very quiet. Good breakfast. Some shops and bars around if you need anything or want to eat out.

Small rooms, at least, we got a small one. Though, if one stays just over night it is fine. No soap just bath gel.

We were travelling with a dog and loads of luggage so we were very happy with the easy access to the train station.

Location, design. Its value for money is good if you compare to wien's prices, but it's simply enough to sleep.

No soap, cleaning room services just "make the bed" but they didn't change the towels and other things.

This is my fourth stay in Motel One Wien and they have been consistently reliable. The location is perfect because it's right next to Wien Westbahnhof and the u3 and u6 so it's very easy to go to the city center or practically anywhere you want to go in the city. I also noticed this time that their soundproofing is top-notch. I asked for a room with a view of the city and the busy Europaplatz was right outside but we never heard noises throughout the night. Also, some time since our last visit, they started offering WiFi in the room for free which was really convenient.

Still no telephone inside the room so you have to go down to the front desk if you want to inquire about something.

Nice and easy. Great having WiFi served at room.

A little bit longer glass partition in bathroom would be good to proper prevent water leaked from bath area. Water just flown along black border on bath area floor and soaked on dry area which is slippery.

Location is fantastic . Every transportation be here . You can go everywhere so easy . New design hotel and very friendly staff. The room is so clean and have enough elevator for the customer

Should be more facilities in room (for example desk and telephone in room ) and I must request new Internet password everyday .

Location and staff assistant, even to call a cab at 04:00 a.m.

There was only one access to the corridor that leads to apartments, so we have to walk too much to get into the room. A little bit concerned about route scapes.
