The place is good for city trip.

The room was smelling of sewerage.

The breakfast, staff, good bed, fresh fruit available, location!

Smoking in hallway drifted into my room, floors & baseboards need to be washed - not just dusted. Room rug needed vacuuming.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quirky, arty ambience. Quiet room. All facilities in good working order. Central location.

Beautiful decoration, great location, 1min walk to shopping area.

The staff doesn't speak good English, but always try to help.

Good localisation. Family run pension, a dog and 2 parrots, pension with very personal (bit messy) touch - but one may not like it. Good breakfast - although every day the same. We neither liked it nor disliked - this is a very basic, a quite used up hotel with squeaky floor and "grandma's flat" feeling- but clean, well prepared for Christmas already, and positive - for low budget traveller (and Vienna is expensive). BUT please check "dislike part" and our warning below.

Smell of cigarettes in the common corridor. Communication in German or Russian should not be a problem - but English is a bit problematic, thus warning about our problem that spoiled the visit and we will not return there. Checkout time is 11am, just after breakfast/9am I asked the owner if this is ok we leave our luggage somewhere in the hotel, since we were flying back in the evening (planning to fetch the luggage about 4pm). He said half german/ half english more or less that - "no problem, leave it in your room, it can stay even till tomorrow, no problem for us". And, as I understood, eventually "return the key to the girl in the kitchen"... We left the luggage, took the key and came back at about 4pm. The key did not fit the lock in the room so I went to owners, meeting his wife only (who speaks a much better english). And heard more or less "you have to pay us a days rent, because you took the key, thus we could not prepare the room and had to send off our guest to other hotel." (Actually this I do not believe, since they managed to open the door, replace the inset of the lock, I assume they cleaned the room, as thay did the day before, too. And our luggage was already off the room stowed away somewhere else..)... We had an argument with the owner's wife (the owner with whom I spoke was not available) - I heard many times we had to pay full day rent. I said I did not feel morally guilty, and in the worst case this was a misunderstanding on both sides. Eventually we agreed to pay 50% day rent (charged to CC), because we were in a hurry. I do hope this was a misunderstanding and not a purposeful action from the side of the pension. But be warned about such a situation. As for us, we will not come back to the place, although we will be coming back to Vienna.

So close to the U-bahn and city center. The christkindlmarkt was within a 10 minute walking distance. Just a great value for the money and very friendly people. Great funky charm!

The B&B is very conveniently located, right off the main street, within walking distance of MuseumQuartier and Neubaugasse Underground stations. The owners - an elderly couple - were very warm and friendly, and even introduced us to their pets - a dog and a pigeon. The staff was always helpful and smiling. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast room was small, but well maintained and the breakfast spread was nice. The girl who manages Breakfast & kitchen wasn't very proficient with English, but made every effort to answer our queries.

Nothing to complain, but the facility is based across two 1st floor apartments in a building. The overall experience of staying there is quite unlike a typical hotel, and more similar to a homely Scottish Bed & Breakfast.

The hotel was actually better than We expected. Very clean and in a fantastic location. Don't let the eccentric character put you off! Very friendly staff - thanks Yelena especially.

First day the breakfast room smelt a little of smoke. But actually turned out fine. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and well cooked/presented.

I liked the the Pension Mozart's proximity to Karntner Strasse, theOpera House and the Innerestadt.

The bed was too low to the ground. A door should replace the curtain on the wash room.

Good location. Quiet, but near everything. Good breakfast.

Kind of expensive, though Vienna prices are high. No fan or ac. They didn't tell me that in advance, though I specifically asked. The owner's dog barked at strangers and nipped me on the shin. It's a quirky place.

It is a greah hotel with a family atmosphere and an individual approach to any guest. The owners have an interesting concept to attract clients and make them fammilier with Mozart. The Breakfast is great, fresh and individual to every guest.

It is a family run and personal pension where everyone is treated as part of the family and is warmly welcomed. The location in the Museum Quarter is excellent for younger guests and its proximity to public transport and by walking to the city centre is also advantageous

Pension Mozart was friendly, the staff helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel had a very nice querky feel about it, perfect for a good value stay near the centre of Vienna
