Apartments under 60 m²: EUR 50; over 60 m²: EUR 75.
On some occasions an earlier check-in will be possible depending on the occupation of the previous day. If you arrive before 14:00 you may leave your luggage in the apartment while it is being prepared.
In case of later check-in (after 18:00) please contact the hotel via e-mail to arrange a check-in time. You can also call the hotel during the check-in times or ring the door bell to be connected to the concierge who will give you further instructions.

Excellent location, walk distance to the heart of Wien. It was ideal for our needs. A modern hotel in an old building. clean and very comfortable room. Staff excellent, very helpful. Relatively close to underground train stations. |

very special interior It is located very far from centrum and nobody is there when we arrive at hotel. Even we couldn't enter the hotel because it has to call to hotel if we want to enter there. But we didn't get the information when we made a reservation. Also there are no information paper in the room.So next morning when we ate breakfast, We were very confused.And as I read other's experiences, there were just a few bread and jam and coffee machine...that's all. I think the price is really expensive. |

I loved it! The apartment was big, elegant, very design. The kitchen was well-equiped, dishwasher, etc...even had a Nespresso machine with free coffee. The location was great, 3 blocks from the subway and a 10 minute stroll to St.Stephan's Cathedral. A gourmet market right next door. Whenever we return to Vienna, we're sure to return. Breakfast is very limited: rolls and jam. So, we got our breakfast goodies from the next door gourmet market. Also, some noise from the next door apartment during the morning, mostly conversation so sound-proofing is not the best. |

The appartments were very spacious, ideal for a holiday with a small child. For stays over 7 days the appartments get cleaned only twice a week. |

The rooms and localization My place isn't a really hotel, It's a apart hotel. The reception does't work 24h/day. The breakfast is very pool. |

Locations was very good. The apartment was lovely and the facilities was superb. Would recommend very highly to my colleagues when they are in Vienna on UK government business. Hoping to stay when I return to Vienna in september for a UN meeting but told it is booked so looking to cancellation. |

The Design is very good, and the location is superb. Well, unforntably the breakfast was very desappointing (a little roll with jam and a apple) . The cleaning must be made every day (at this time were just twice a week !!) |

Excellent and very pleasant staff, amazing decoration, very quiet, allthough in the middle of the city. Most of all it's location (walking distance to the center of Vienna). Indeed premium apartments. I would recomend this hotel without any hesitation. Would surelly need a swimming pool! |

We stayed at MyPlace for a full week and we loved it. The studio was just perfect. We also appreciated to rooftop terrace. The hotel staff was very helpful. It was also very quiet. Overall, this place was a 10/10 (excellent). |

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Indeed everything was conveniently located in the room. Nice interior design and layout. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The only minus to the room were the high windows but this is probably true only for rooms at the first floor overlooking the interior yard. |

The room that I booked was nicely decorated and had a lot of useful appliances (like a nespresso machine, a hair-dryer, a lot of dishes and plates, etc). The place is clean, well maintained and quiet (on the winter garden side). And the staff is smiling and very courteous. The only problem with my room (standard studio on the winter garden side) is that the room is more or less divided by a wall ; without this wall, the impression of space would be much bigger. I visited other rooms and rooms overlooking the street don't have this wall (but they are more noisy). Apart from that, everything was perfect. |

Clean, modern, comfortable, well situated. Very noisy, windows bad isolated. At day of departure, room service already cleaned room (took of sheets, etc.) while we had breakfast (at 9am) whereas check-out time is at 12pm. |

Space and interior design was a major consideration.Price was an equally important one.Location also proved to be ideal,and very importantly,staff was friendly and efficient. The way continental breakfast was offered-it was included in the price but you had to go in the mezzanine,where there was a rather incovenient room for sitting.Alternatively,you could bring it to your apt,or you could ask staff to bring it in.A rather minor niggle for an otherwise great place to stay. |
