The Design is very good, and the location is superb. Well, unforntably the breakfast was very desappointing (a little roll with jam and a apple) . The cleaning must be made every day (at this time were just twice a week !!) |

Excellent and very pleasant staff, amazing decoration, very quiet, allthough in the middle of the city. Most of all it's location (walking distance to the center of Vienna). Indeed premium apartments. I would recomend this hotel without any hesitation. Would surelly need a swimming pool! |

We stayed at MyPlace for a full week and we loved it. The studio was just perfect. We also appreciated to rooftop terrace. The hotel staff was very helpful. It was also very quiet. Overall, this place was a 10/10 (excellent). |

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Indeed everything was conveniently located in the room. Nice interior design and layout. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The only minus to the room were the high windows but this is probably true only for rooms at the first floor overlooking the interior yard. |

The room that I booked was nicely decorated and had a lot of useful appliances (like a nespresso machine, a hair-dryer, a lot of dishes and plates, etc). The place is clean, well maintained and quiet (on the winter garden side). And the staff is smiling and very courteous. The only problem with my room (standard studio on the winter garden side) is that the room is more or less divided by a wall ; without this wall, the impression of space would be much bigger. I visited other rooms and rooms overlooking the street don't have this wall (but they are more noisy). Apart from that, everything was perfect. |

Clean, modern, comfortable, well situated. Very noisy, windows bad isolated. At day of departure, room service already cleaned room (took of sheets, etc.) while we had breakfast (at 9am) whereas check-out time is at 12pm. |

Space and interior design was a major consideration.Price was an equally important one.Location also proved to be ideal,and very importantly,staff was friendly and efficient. The way continental breakfast was offered-it was included in the price but you had to go in the mezzanine,where there was a rather incovenient room for sitting.Alternatively,you could bring it to your apt,or you could ask staff to bring it in.A rather minor niggle for an otherwise great place to stay. |

I enjoyed the Terrace views, the room size, the room amenities (coffee/tee machine, plasma TV, hair drier, free internet), the double bed instead of twin beds and the advise of the site staff. I would deffinitely stay there again. (Its better than Hilton Viena and greater value for money) The breakfast was not available or our first morning. The reception girl had to come and go several times before we could get a cup of coffee and some bread and mermelade. I guess this was to avoid people carrying food with them, but nevertheless it was a bit annoying. |

the rooms were wonderfully decorated, spacious and very appealing. modern decorations, very well-equipped with good quality products. good design and very comfortable. the staff was generally very kind and helpful. it was a room you could easily spend time in. we plan on staying there next time. the breakfast was very very basic, and there is no daily room cleaning service, which kind of spoils the general impression. location is okay, not great, requires some walking. |

the coffee machine did not work on either morning for breakfast. suggest you offer for breakfast: a roll, a croissant, jam, coffee and tea (kettle needed for hot boiling water, not tepid as it comes from a coffee machine when it works) and jug of orange juice, and a jug of milk. Bear in mind, we are from UK, so this is a UK perspective. Sorry, did the did-not like box in the wrong place! The otel was great, very well supplied and very comfortable. It was only the breakfast. We ended up making our own! More info relating to 4 - we chose on rate, location and facilities together, all were important factors. |

Very bad comunication,and nothing its like in photos.Reservations not confirmed and remain in room with parquet rise.In compensation one fruits baket!!!!! Very,very bad services!!!!! |

Having the kitchenette was a big plus for a stay of 10 days. It was very well equipped. Location of the hotel is excellent. |
