Personal letter on the table was a good surprise. Also I loved the availability of the nespresso although I couldn't find time to use it.

bathroom might be more sophisticated with a cuvette or sth.

The location is great. Having a kitchen in the room made it easier to cater to the needs of young children.

The room was rather dark and the view was horrible. Also although we had nicely decorated rooms you could tell that the place had had a lot of traffic and had not been kept looking new.

We liked: Location, price, design of hotel (specially room), free internet & nice breakfast. My wife and I simply loved the hotel. For the price we paid we were pleseantly surprised.

Actually nothing. The only small problem we had was with the appliances (microwave and dishwasher). The problem was however immidiatelly attendet when we called a member of the staff.

Outstanding staff. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location.

Flooring on upper levels is floated wood. Footfalls will disturb guests below; suites not recommended for small children.

It was nice comfort, and the room was big,the living room was big too and there was space between room and living room, which was great if one want to sleep and kids want to play, the staff was helpful

No view from the window No one to help you for your luggage No lobby at all, only a desk cor reception. Only one person at the reception and she is not there all the time You have to take several steps upstairs to reach the elevator

The hotel is not spotless and spsrkling. But it is very convenient to have little kitchenette, that saves money on expensive down town restaurants. Breakfast was good. lights are not so bright. But in general it was quite satisfactory.

hotel staff

location is amazing - you are within walking distance to everything. there's a super market in the building where you can get all your basic needs so self catering is really easy. very nice children's playground - rudolphplatz - round the corner - our one year old loved it. the efficiency of the cleaning staff - they were fantastic. they gave us a complimentary early check in which was very much appreciated as we came in at 8 am with a very cranky one year old! we were in a one bedroom apartment which was very well sized and had all you would need for a week. some of the concierge staff were amazing- we got printouts to the butterfly farm as well as home delivery menus printed for italian food

the breakfast was not very good - basic cold cuts and bread with yogurt. eggs as well as danishes only on sundays (???!!!) - we were there sunday - friday and had left thursday as our shopping day - only to find out on thursday itself that it was a holdiay so all stores were shut. wish the hotel had informed us prior to that.

very poor brekfast there is one person in reception concierge and room servic and belboy for this reason when you need anything you can not find her . when you go to the shover the water didnot go down untill 15 minutes . the door of toilet is glass and yo ar not comfort in there when you are with your family .anywy the servic is like two star hotel
