Peacefully located, Biohotel Grafenast is an environmentally friendly wooden building in a panoramic location above Tyrol’s Inn Valley. Only biological products, including textiles and washing powder made from biological products, are used. The Panorama Spa offers a wide range of wellness facilities. Massages, beauty treatments and Ayurveda are also offered. A unique sauna hut in the forest is featured as well. Hotel Grafenast features an art gallery and a garden with a solar-heated outdoor pool and medicinal herbs. Parking and LAN access in public areas are available free of charge. The restaurant serves traditional Tyrolean dishes and modern gourmet cuisine. All dishes are prepared with healthy, organic products. Special diet menus are available on request. All rooms are allergy-free, and with wooden furniture made from untreated wood. They comprise a balcony with a view of the surrounding landscape. Each en-suite bathroom is provided with bathrobes, hairdryer and toiletries. In winter, skiing and tobogganing are available at the hotel’s doorstep. In summer the surroundings are ideally suited for hiking and mountain biking. The historic old town of Schwaz and the A12 motorway are a 10-km drive away from Biohotel Grafenast. غرف الفندق : 23

- Familiäre Atmosphäre - sehr schöne Lage - Zimmer sehr gepflegt (gute Matratzen, ideal für Bandscheibengeschädigte) mit schönem Balkon, wunderbarer Ausblick, inkl. Liegen, Tisch, Stühle - Lunchpaket, Trinkflasche, Stöcke für Bergtouren ohne Aufpreis - optimale Bergtourmöglichkeiten direkt ab Hotel Im Servicebereich wären noch einige Verbesserungen vorzunehmen, z.B. - Kommunikation von Terminänderungen für Massage - Schulung des Servicepersonals (bei den Mahlzeiten Änderung der Essenszeiten nicht mitgeteilt, nach Rückfrage des Preises für die Flasche Wein vage Auskunft, statt nachzuschauen und den richtigen Preis zu nennen, über Kollegen vor dem Gast gelästert) - Preis von 30 Euro für Abendessen außer an einem Tag nicht angemessen

отличное месторасположение. приветливый персонал, часть говорит или понимает "по русски". отличный вид на долину.

1. The food was AMAZING 2. The feeling of being out of the world (something unreal about the place and the atmosphere; everyting is a bit slower, milder, softer than in the real world 3. The staff is incredibly kind (the young waiter was particularly kind with the clients) and the owner is just super helpful (and in particular for non-german speakers)
