Cancellation
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 25.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 4 to 10 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
One child from 10 to 15 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

I did not like anything We were hoping to enjoy our time there but we didn't at aaaalllll The treatment of the staff out there was very bad and rude .... We were shoked ... We were thinking of staying more but we coudnt of such bad treatment Am not going to advise any of my frends to choose this hotel ... Our experience in this hotel was very bad. |

Only the location. The breakfast is very poor and not worth the money paid. Some of the staff was not friendly and I have attended an argument between the staff and one unhappy guest while he was checking out. In addition , I was charged more than what was stated in booking, com. As an extra for my child. |

Very good lounge/sitting area .Also the Wellness area was of a very high standard . The indoor pool in winter has a plastic cover which drips from condensation .In summer this is probably fine . |

Prima hotel, goede lokatie ten opzichte van dorp en liften, prettige receptie. Restaurant uitgesproken slecht. Beter geen HP boeken maar een van de vele restaurants opzoeken. Wij hadden een suite naast de trap. Gehorig ook van de straat zijde. Interieur pover. Voor het zwenbad moet je ten overstaan van het lobby publiek naar buiten lopen vanuit de sauna. |
