The staff is great! And is really good located!!

There is no freezer in the rooms. And the decoration is quite old.

Excellent location, close to city center and only a few miniutes walk from St. Stephen Church, Vienna Operhaus, Mozart House, Hofburg, metro station (Stephansplatz) and all others. Very very helpful, kind and friendly staffs, comfortable and clean rooms with excellent view. Beakfast was very good:) Internet wifi connection was very good, also in the second floor you can find computer for accessing internet. Many many thanks to all kindly and friendly staff of Neuer Markt Pension. Birgit, Agnes, Wolfgang and all others, I would like to say you many many thanks for your friendliness.

The staff is very kind and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The location is close to ideal.

The room first offered to us was unusable for living. The gap between the wall and my bed was only about 20 cm which made it difficult to approach the bed. Besides, there was an everlasting noise coming from behind the wall which turned the night into a sleepless one. However, after we complained to the hotel administration we were immediately offered another room which turned to be quite comfortable.

1) View to the Neumarkt square from our room was lovely (though some rooms have the side street view)

1) No ventillation in room, no minibar, no AC, 2) you can hear even if neighbor is talking on the phone walls are so thin 2) Staff started vacuuming the hallway at 9 am on Sunday making a lot of noise

Excellent location, only a few miniutes walk from St. Stephen Church and all other attractions. Just around the conrer to the 2 main shopping streets. Helpful staffs, provide all the information you need. Beakfast was ok. Wifi connection was fast enough for normal usage.

The mattress was too thin, and they are combined with twin bed, not comfortable if young couple want to sleep closely together. No shower curtain in the shower, you have to sit in the bath tub in order not to spill water on the floor.

The Pension is in the middle of everything-easy access to the sights and travel connections. The staff were very helpful and always on hand to answer enquiries. The breakfast buffet was really good-a great way to start the day, with plenty of choice. Here is an amazing food market at street level, providing a huge range of quality produce and take away food if desired. We had no idea what the Pension was going to be like but would certainly recommend it to anyone travelling to Vienna who does not want to pay vast amounts of money for accommodation. A great find-thank you!

Location is amazing....just off the main shopping street in downtown Vienna, and short walk to many of the central sites. Easy public transportation from the hotel to many other top sites in the city.

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. But Vienna really shuts down (except for restaurants and some cafes) at about 8PM each night.....really surprised by that!

The location couldn't be better for exploring Vienna! Rooms were very clean and comfortable for the price you pay. Underground is really 3 min away, but you probably won't need it as everything was so close. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good too:) I am definitely coming back and will recommend to everyone.

Walls are quite thin so you hear what goes on in the passage. Smoking in the building.

50 meters from the city center, intimate atmosphere, a family atmosphere, very pleasant staff, I warmly recommend to everyone who does not expect ultra luxury.

The hotel is in the center. Our room was clean but furniture is old. The breakfast was good.

The pension is very well located. It is within walking distance of all the major attractions, including cafes and restaurants It was easy to get to by taxi from the train station. Breakfast was includede each day, this was great, plenty to choose from, good healthy food.

On arrival, we were pretty tired after a 9 hour train trip. The staff member who greeted us was not very friendly and was very rude and abrupt to us. Fortunately we didn't come in contact with her again. All the other staff were lovely.
