The room was spacious and it was nice to have two sinks. Upon arrival, we were told that breakfast was included and "free", but when we checked out we were informed that we needed to pay for the breakfast. We obviously would not have eaten there if we had known that it was not free, and instead was overpriced. The woman behind the desk gave us one day free, but was very rude about it. |

When i arrived my room was not ready and the reciption man give me a key for used room!!!!!!. Staff was unfrindly. |

Staff was very pleasant and helpful and breakfast was good. Good value for money. Payment with MC or Maestro was not accepted and we had to pay in cash. |

Staffs are excellent. Very easy connection to city area ( only 5 minutes walk to Altstadt ). There is a bus stop in front of this hotel to hauptbahnhof. Room is little bit small. I don't think it is 4-star level. But meet to the price. |

The location of the hotel is indeed really good, however i felt that it was rather a 3star plus than an actual 4star hotel in respect to the size and style of the room. For the special-deal price we got it was still definitely worth it - if I had payed the price that booking.com claimed to be the normal one, I would have been disappointed. |

It is near the Festival Hall. I don't know why but my computer can't connect to the Internet from my room. One of the staff tried to tell me the DNS sever's address and other things but finally I could not. It's very important thing for us travellers to get informations from websites. |

It's location was very convenient I booked 3 rooms. We left early but the other 2 rooms left later. 1 minute after checkout time the hotel called us but we missed the call it rang 4 times.We called back the hotel was constantly engaged. When the other guests went to check out a couple of minutes later the hotel had already charged the rooms to my card. I know they need to be paid but they were very quick to assume we had run. |
