The staff were very helpful and good, very good location near the town, though a bit away from the station, Good Breakfast - enjoyed it The hotel has 2 separate buildings which was not mentioned on the website. We had booked 2 rooms ( Family of 4) despite booking the room together, we were accomodated in 2 separate buildings (one of the buildings had no hot water and it snowed there!!) which was very inconvienient. On insisting that we would like to be in one building because of the above problems, they shifted us in the next building. The room in one of the buildings was very small , photographs gave a completely different picture. They should look into this, otherwise it was a very good stay |

Helpful and friendly Reception staff. Very convenient for City sightseeing on foot and on several bus routes, including one direct from main station Good buffet breakfast, but rather expensive! Tea/coffee making facilities should be provided. |

Parking was available and reservations/registration was efficient. The hotel is not in the old town, but on the other side of a mountain ridge connected by a tunnel. |

Good location - 5 min walking distance to the old city center. The hotel is not directly in the center of the city so was quiet in the rooms. Good access to public transporation - tram stop in front of the hotel that takes you to the major attractions including the train station. The hotel is old - needs renovation. |

A very clean, quiet and efficiently run hotel with exceptionally helpful staff and very well placed to explore the magnificent sights of Saltzburg. Room had a dull side view but it certainly did not spoil our holiday |

The closiness to the city center, good breakfast. I don't think that hotel fulfills 4* cathegory requirements. At the check in none asked us the documents, and when my colleague asked for new key because she forget her card in the room, the receptionist never checked her identity. |

We liked being treated like we were the customer, all the staff were genuinly happy and please to see us, this is often over looked in many establishments. We were offered free wifi but it's the type that my iPhone wouldn't connect to. |

The hotel is very close to the city center and has good wi-fi internet! The guy from the reception was not communicating with us on our arrival about the misunderstanding of our booking (I think they forgot to register my booking)! It was very hot in the room (no A/C)! |

Very hot this summer in Salzburg. Our room was faced to west so it became so hot. Recommend to offer guest an electric fan or something to cool the room down. One of the receptionist showed me some disrespectful behavior when I asked him about taxi arrangement. Very disappointed at his attitude as if he had a kind of racial discrimination against Asian guest. |

About 5~10 minutes to Festival Halls, although you have to go through a tunnnel. The hotel staff could speak English, and was friendly, depending on the person. The computer in the lobby could not show Japanese. (I had to go to an internet cafe at Mozart's plaza, which was very expensive) |

Perhaps we're biased because we got upgraded to a junior suite, but it was excellent. The location was perfect and the rooms were beautiful and clean. I think the regular rooms are small, but at least they have a refrigerator (not available with the suite). No refrigerator in the junior suite. |

The Hotel is very close to the dowtown area, it is a 2-3 minutes walk away. The Hotel has its own parking place where you can leave your car. The breakfast was great, the service was excellent. The reception staff was very helpful giving tips how to spend the time with the kids. Do not miss to visit House of Nature! |
