Personnel très gentil et souriant, propreté de la chambre très correcte. Arrêt d'autobus et tram en face de l'hôtel, très bien situé prêt du zentrum, buffet déjeuner très bien, excellent rapport qualité-prix. |

L'accueil à l'hotel, la proximité du centre ville touristique, l'accès gratuit à internet sans filo. C'est tout! Fenêtre en mauvais état, impossible à fermer (chambre accessible de l'exterieur), coffre fort bloqué inutilisable. Chambre sentant le renfermé, un bruit constant de moteur. Pas informé que la chambre était dans une annexe. Parking gratuit info erronée. L'hotel a quelques places mais ne nous en avait pas gardée (pourtant spécifié dans résa) parking public à proximité 2.50€/h |

The room was spacious and it was nice to have two sinks. Upon arrival, we were told that breakfast was included and "free", but when we checked out we were informed that we needed to pay for the breakfast. We obviously would not have eaten there if we had known that it was not free, and instead was overpriced. The woman behind the desk gave us one day free, but was very rude about it. |
