the free internet access No parking available as promised, poor reception area, only one tiny lift, uncomfortable beds, noisy location. In general, the hotel wants to be more trendy than functional and it doesn't deserve a 4* rating in our opinion. |

good location if a bit noisy because of traffic. Room available until late morning on day of departure. Good breakfast buffet Hotel overheated (in summer) and stale tobacco smell everywhere, including lobby. Not pleasant for non-smokers. Hotel in two separate buildings on each side of a busy street. The reception desk in "our" building was never staffed, which meant a dash across the road. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel - even though not in the old city of Salzburg - is very convnient. The room was relatively spacious and clean Not many facilities, e.g. no fridge in the room. I also think that its design was a bit outdated. |

Exelent location! Apples in lobby fascinated us. Also welness was Ok. I suppose Wi-Fi avaliability in at least lobby would be fair is hotel position it self as welness & and for business. |

we did not stay at this hotel but had a transfer to the sister hotel which was a 3 star not 4 star as booked. accessability basic specially as we had made a booking in schwarzler 4 star hotel.. . |
