NH Atterseehaus Suites  

The location is great, the subway its almost in front of the Hotel entrance and it's perfectly located on one of the biggest shooping streets of Vienna. The staf was very helpful. Coffee and tea was always avaiable near the reception, sometimes even apples and croissants, and they keep our lauggage after checkout. The furnature is visible old, but had everything we need for a got leisure time, and very good room space.

Breakfeast its extremely expensive, we could lunch almost everywhere for the same price. The same for the wi-fi fee!! For people who need to plan the vacations and find things it was really great they had acceptable prices on that ... sugestion - look for the nearest Starbucks, its almost around the corner! Tv with few channels, only 2 in english, almost every other in german.

Noisy street .. not many selections at the breakfast buffeh .. the A.c did not work and it was a hot summer day .. there was an old coc bottle under my bed so I wouldn't say they have the best housekeeping staff.. And amazingly it is a 4 star hotel !!

Big rooms (suites), plenty of space, quiet, good breakfast, easy walk to Westbahnhof.

It's really a good value. But Austrians seem incapable of cooking an egg any harder than tomato soup, and they never have salt and pepper for the weary American traveler. =)

Location wise is greate it is only few steps from the metro. I didnt try the breakfast. So I can't give my opinion. anyways the amount of coffee shops around is huge. Macdonalds is infront of the hotel. All wellknown stores are around the hotel ( C&A, H&M, Mango, Zara ... etc )

I didn't like the concept of carrying our bags to the hotel. We have arraived late in the evening and we've been told that no bell boy at this time.

Certainly one of the best locations in town for shopping and sightseeing.

Spacious room, little kitchen in the room, perfrct location, good breakfast, very helpfull staff

The internet is very expensive. Most of the hotels in wien have free internet and this 4 stars hotel asks you to give 10.80 euro per 24h of internet and the quality is not so goog

It was located in a very good place of the city.

The fact that during the morning was used the same elevator was used by staff and vacationers. There was too much trafic and we stay long time down the elevator.

The location is good

The hotel was in the middle of a shopping street

The bed was not comfortable, the breakfast was kind of poor we stayed 3 days and only went for breakfast one time.. The main thing that you have to change is the breakfast its extremly important for travellers
