Tilavat huoneet, erillinen olohuone ja pieni baarikeittiö. Hyvä sijainti maanalaisen vieressä tosi hyvän ostoskadun varrella. Hotellissa piti olla sauna mutta sitä ei voinut käyttää, koska siellä ei ollut toimivaa suihkua. Fitness -huone minimaalinen. Huoneessa ei vedenkeitintä vaikka näin jossain mainostettiin (aulan kahvinkeittimestä tuli liian kylmää vettä teen valmistamiseksi). Suihkuhana ei ollut termostaattihana, sen säätäminen oli vaikeaa. |

Vastaanoton toiminta oli erinomaista, kuten myös huoneen sisustus ja siisteys sekä aamupala. Myös parkkeeraus toimi erinomaisesti ja mahdollisuus parkkeerata paikanpäällä olikin yksi ratkaiseva tekijä valinnallemme. Ei huomautettavaa, olemme olleet yleensä tyytyväisiä NH -hotelleihin. |

not far from down town, near subway, shoping centers all around, a lot of different cafe and restorants, nice district of vienna breakfast wasnt included in price, only one elevator often was busy |

Big room with a separate bedroom and living area + a small open kitchen with a microwave. IN the heart of a big shopping street with C&A , H&M , Body shop , Humanic....etc Few lifts. Very poor wellness area ( Just 2 running machines + Sauna + Steam) no Gym or swimming pool. |

the hotel is very well located, despite of location in downtown it was very quiet; staff friendly and helpfull but reception too small and had to wait till other guests finished their check-in/check-out; rooms were excellent and very clean yes: price for breakfast was too high, even if breakfast was ok |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Anything that was not right was immediately put right. Very good location, close to the metro. The free businessman breakfast was very useful and saved us a lot of money. No kettle in the room to make tea/coffee although reception had it. The room we had overlooked the main road so was very noisy early in the morning with traffic. |

Hotel room was huge. It include a very large living room/kitchen/dining area with a good sized bedroom and bathroom. Room was definitely one of the best we've been to in Vienna. |

Perfect location, very friendly staff, big and clean rooms (suits), nice bar with microwave, garage directly from the lift. I had to check out one day earlier and the hotel did not charge me the cancelation of the last day! Everything was just fine. Maybe they could add to a bar something to boil the water fast for tea or coffee. |

Big room size and excellent breakfast. Also got the room well before check-in time, On the day of leaving service person came into the room to check and confirm that heating was broken. We had not complained about it, so it was done before us. So on arrival (Saturday) we got a room without heating which did not really bother us but the idea itself does. |

great hotel, perfect location. Very strainge staff at reception - are mixing everything, are adding breakfast, which we did not have, forget to calculate parking, which we had... Check in took almost an hour... In the beginning could not find bookings and rooms and scared us seriously.. perfect rooms, clean and comfortabel beds and bedding, very good size of the rooms. From this point of view - excellent value for money. |
