NH Belvedere  

The location of the hotel was excellent, as was the front desk staff who were very helpful booking tours etc. The downtown area of Vienna was within 15 mins walking distance.

The air conditioning needs to be upgraded. The lady who runs the morning breakfast was rude and unhelpful and argued with a hotel staff member in front of us. I was very unhappy that the hotel decided to charge my Visa for two rooms before my arrival instead of allowing us to pay separate when we departed.

Stayed twice in this hotel in 5-7 January, and on 15th January. Very nice hotel, good english-speaking staff, big rooms and very comfortable beds. Only negative thing is Wi-Fi limitation. (30 minutes a day, only working in lobby and first floor rooms). Location of hotel is just great - easily accecible by S-Bahn city train (S7 line, 35 minutes from airport), and easy access to city center (by underground or by tram). Замечательный отель, с большими комнатными и комфортными кроватями. Очень удобное расположение как относительно аэропорта (прямая линия S-bahn) так и по отношению к центру вены (10 минут пешком). Замечательный отель, для остановки при посещении Вены.

We have booked on internet a standard room at a very special price. We expected a room very simple but what a surprise when we saw it: entrance with wardrobe and large bedroom with sofa and a wonderful view on Belvedere. It's common thinking "the room is just to sleep as we will always be around visiting" but coming back in a comfort place after a hard day walking the room number 515 is very appreciated.

It's always a pity to not get free wi fi in room but having to go downstairs.

Simple style, clean and very quiet room, polite staff. Location is excellent. The sauna was quiet and nice, plus there was a great area for resting. Very great value for money.

Two small things: I could not close the door in the spa changing room. I ordered an espresso with milk and a latte to my room. I was informed that the machine was broken so we agreed to have normal coffee with milk. The coffee was beautiful, but after mentioning latee, I would have expected more milk arriving to my room.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet within walking distance from most major points of interest, very well connected also. Breakfast is excellent. A special thanks to the staff, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful.

As much as we liked their breakfast, personnel and location, I cannot fail to notice the carpets, curtains and towels that have seen much better days. Also there is no bar, no spa, no room service, which is not really acceptable in a four stars hotel. The lobby as well as the rooms are badly in need of renovation. We stayed at the hotel 3 years before and were extremely satisfied with it, which is the reason we booked again this year. However this is not likely to happen again, not unless some major changes will be made.

Great front desk staff and helpful, friendly staff at breakfast. The breakfast itself was also pretty good. My room was quiet and comfortable.

The fitness facilities were closed owing to a flood in the basement, apparently.

Not a great deal.

The breakfast buffet was expensive and unimaginative, and there were few varieties of fruit. - The carpets in the room 512 were not totally clean, and neither were the carpets in the corridor.

thank you to your professional staff, couls answer all our questions, very friendly and helpful, even for an umbrella in the rain !! Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, to be recommended !

The hotel in entirety is good and staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and splended.

Only one thing I felt about this hotel which is its being looks like a student hostel. This hotel can be much better if the lobby and reception made to be a hotel lobby.
