Issues with my booking.
location reception open 24H check out 12 Nice building. One could make a much cosier hotel out of it and an up to date decoration (see the Lindner nextdoors)
breakfast room , bar rather old fashioned but most of all no atmosphere (compared to the Imperial Riding School and the Lindner nextdoors) Even the Savoyen nextdoors is not much more expensive but another class
The singleroom has a bathtub.
The tv in my Room didn't work properly.
Great staff that was very helpful. The room was quiet, large and very clean. Breakfast turned out to be my favorite meal of the day with a great variety of foods.
The lobby area and halls on the room floors were stark, but this was only a minor thing and not really a problem.
Excellent location 20 minutes walking from the city center or 5 minutes by tram (stops at 200m). Good accesable from the airport. Rooms are spacious with lot of TV channels (mainly German). Breakfast. Rooms are nice and quietly situated. Building is old but has caracter.
Bathroom is rather small but functional. Bath tub, no shower. Plastic shower curtain in 2014......??
Personal attitude. The staff was very understanding of our particularities, on the check out day we had lo leave early. They prepared a farewell coffee Also the locationis very quiet, close to the station tocatch a train to the airport, for these reasons will come back
- The location is perfect for a visit to the Belvedere Palace. But it is on outskirts of the city in general. - Large rooms with all facilities available.
- Hotel infrastructure and rooms need a desperate upgrade. - The air conditioning is automatic and does not work if the outside temperature is below 20 degrees. - Breakfast is too expensive and generally not included in the room rate.
Staff was friendly. Nice location.
We moved to the first room and it appeared that water doesn't flow/drain down (remains in the sink and shower with all dirt from the pipe for quite some time) because of some serious pipeline malfunction. Then they moved us to another room, but the same problem reappeared, now only in the shower. They didn't fix it over the weekend "because their plumbers don't work on weekends". Reception area is quite ugly.
Rich breakfast, polite and helpful staff
Not comfortable lobby
Great location easy train ride from airport (2 min walk from Renneweg stn). Great to have free wifi. Basic rooms but have all you need.
Room needed upgrading, smelt horrid and carpet old with burn marks. Breakfast was overpriced and not great.
Price / location / large and clean rooms / climate control and heating / very good breakfast for all tastes / very good coffe / spacious elevator
entrance and reception is oldish / no wifi in the rooms
Very good bed.
I was traveling on business and the provided WiFi access was not able to handle our corporate webmail even. There was no restaurant in the hotel, bar was closed. I needed to go few kilometers to have a dinner. Breakfast was not included, it's not normal for 4-star hotel.
Staffs and location are really good.
Staying at 2nd floor facing the road. Car and tram noise made difficult sleep.
Clean, comfortable, quite, polite
No tea or coffee in the room
Centrally located, large room overlooking the Belvedere gardens.
Stench of tobacco in the room throughout. Room looked like it was caught in a time warp from the mid 90s facilitywise, which wasn't totally bad to be honest!
close to public transportation, nice rooms, nice and clean spa area. Excellent staff.
spa area to be more equiped
We are staying in this hotel for the second time. This time we had much more spacious rooms and that was just great. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfartable. Location is really great - just a minute away from Belvedere palace and park and in a walking distance to the center of Vienna.
Not well located and not well connected with underground. Staff is not very helpful at all. No blinds in the window. This hotel does not meet the NH standards.
For me a bit old euqipment..look more used as on pictures...if you can book for good price, not bad location is very good...
Close to city center and Belveder
Parking at Linder hotel. It is the same building and 5 minutes to get there but from NH I expect more.
Great personnel! Very helpful! Special thanks to all people in the reception helping me to trace my bag. Still my bag is missing due to AirBerlin bad service and no info but NH hotel has given me all help to try to contact eventhough mobody answers from AirBerlin
Good location nearby Belvedere Palace, nice breakfast, friendly staff.
Parking placed at 5 minute-distance from the hotel, in the basement of a shopping center. The rooms require painting and new carpets. The bathroom was also old.
Breakfast buffet - fresh and delicious The quiet room, clean and big enough The location - tram 71 will bring you in the city centre from where you can visit all you want or access other subways. Clean hôtel Very nice and helpfull personnel at the reception.
Nothing - everything was fine !!!!!
good location, clean and big rooms, friendly staff
same breakfast menu (I would like more deversity as I stayed at the hotel for several weeks), weak wi-fi on the top floor, don't feel like the 4 star hotel
Good location and facilities for the price. Even at the front the rooms are not too noisy and delightfully quiet at the back. The hotel is getting shabby and run down but the staff are helpful and pleasant.
Grubby carpets. Poor Wi-Fi General air of neglect -- perhaps the lease is coming to an end.
