I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room but disappointed that a four star hotel did not have the same as english hotels It was very modern but no tea making facilities and no drawers or enough room for two ladies clothes |

Full respect of my previous request (quiet & non smoking room, good bed, etc.). Good location, nice staff, good value for money breakfast price and no room service 24 hours (or at least until 2am) |

The beds. They have great beds. the cost of internet per hour and the price for brekfast. At half price you can eat at one terace 3 min. near the hotel and taking also an excellent expresso. |

Hotel is well located and the staff were quite helpful when answering our queries. Our room fronted a busy road, so it was very noisy at night and in the early morning. The room was very small also. If you do choose to stay at the hotel, it would be wise to request a room fronting the laneway (sidestreet) rather than the main road. |

It was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly. I first thought the breakfast was a little too expensive. However, after 3-4 plates worth of food (I had not eaten in 24 hours), it was definitely worth every cent. Taste was excellent. Also, a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. |
