Excellent location within easy walking distance of the old town. Stylishly decorated and clean. Reception staff very pleasant. Will use again. Nothing apart from would have preferred wifi access to internet to be gratis. Although there was use of a desktop in the lobby. |

The lady who checked us in and out was excellent. The sauna facility. The pillows. No atmosphere - very much a business hotel. The location of the bar at the front door. No Tea and Coffee facilities in the bedroom. |

The staff were fantastic and could not help enough. The breakfast had good selection of both hot and cold food. The room was nice and modern. The noise was the biggest problem. The windows did not seem to block out and exterior and we were awoken at 6am by the rubbish truck outside. |

NH Salzburg City is great hotel. Located near to Mirabel palace, all tourist attractions are 10 minutes walking away. Hotel is very clean, silent, staff is great. Great breakfast. Free internet access. We would recommend this hotel to others for sure. |

The extra bed for my 9-year old child is not a real bed. It's a sofa bed and it's not comfortable. My double room is so small that it's not suitable for family. No breakfast. |
