Bardzo blisko do centrum - stare miasto. Personel bardzo pomocny. Problem z parkowaniem auta, zepsuty telewizor w pokoju. |

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had a nice bathroom. There were two parking garages; very secure, which was important to us as we drove to Salzburg. Would certainly stay there again. |

The bed was what we needed for a good night sleep. Check-in process was fairly quick. The hotel and room were clean. Good for one or two nights, maximum. Location is good. Very small room and bathroom, although this was not the chiepest room available. Parking is a serious problem, if one needs it. No help with the luggage, except for a self-service trolley in the lobby. Not really a 4-star hotel. |

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel was immaculate, we had everything we could possibly need. The staff was extremely helpful, called our tour to confirm, brought up an iron as soon as we called, reserved a taxi, recommended a great restaurant... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And another perk is it is a short walking distance to the picturesque old district. |

We liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel. Also, the breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of our week-long stay in Salzburg. In addition, the hotel staff were all very helpful to us. |

The cot and quilt cover for baby was lovely. It was very convenient to walk to town centre and shopping area. It is very clean. Breakfast is not included. |
