Gostamos muito deste hotel, foi um dos melhores durante a viagem. Ficaremos em outros hoteis da rede, em outra oportunidade. A cama é super confortavel, a localização ótima. Muito bom. |

The staff were fantastic and could not help enough. The breakfast had good selection of both hot and cold food. The room was nice and modern. The noise was the biggest problem. The windows did not seem to block out and exterior and we were awoken at 6am by the rubbish truck outside. |

Very good location, easy walking distance to the old quarter of the city. Friendly welcoming receptionist and staff. Great breakfast. Although it may seem expensive the selection was amazing. |

NH Salzburg City is great hotel. Located near to Mirabel palace, all tourist attractions are 10 minutes walking away. Hotel is very clean, silent, staff is great. Great breakfast. Free internet access. We would recommend this hotel to others for sure. |

The extra bed for my 9-year old child is not a real bed. It's a sofa bed and it's not comfortable. My double room is so small that it's not suitable for family. No breakfast. |

nothing what so ever,was totally disappointed,myself and my family.we had to look for another hotel. no porter to help,noisy all through the day,uncomfortable beds,old toilet.poor decoration,dirty when checked in the room,dusty,over expensive for such hotel,over rated,deciving web site. |

Clean comfortable rooms. The internet access was expensive and it was slow. I hate hotels that do not include the price of the wifi in the room rate. |

Spacious, modern, well-appointed rooms within short walking distance of the city's sites. Excellent breakfast and wonderful stay. None. Plan on staying there again if I return. |

The room we had was a little small for two persons, but for the rest I was globally satisfied of the service provided. Breakfast was expensive (16€ per person): that's why we didn't even bother to have a look what it was like. Paying extra to have internet access is a pain. It's like having to pay extra to have water to shower. |

I was very pleased with this hotel. The hotel is a recent remodel of an old building. The rooms are very clean, modern and nice. As with all old buildings, nothing is large: elevators, corridors and rooms are a bit small. However, this is the case with all places in Salzburg. The location of NH Salzburg is excellent. About a 5 minute walk to the river. Across the river are the Mozart museum, etc. The walk from the hotel to the river is very nice with a friendly pedestrian zone (shops, etc.) along the way. I would prefer to stay in this location rather than closer to the river. In addtion this is one of the few hotels in Salzburg with air conditioning. The garage is small and the hotel cannot guarantee a spot. Even if you get a spot, you will need to be a good driver to park in some of the garage spaces. I think there was other parking options not to far away. Overall, this is a minor complaint and I would stay at NH Salzburg again. |

It provides the known business luxury of NH chain. Our room had a wonderful view to the mountains. Actually, you could not feel the pulse of the old city. It is located centrally in the new city |
