Convenience for a 7 AM flight in the morning.... It seems to be common practice in places like Prague and Budapest to sneak in charges on the bill in the dining room. I did not expect that to happen in your high-priced dining room in Austria. We ordered an entre' and drinks for an evening meal. The waitress brought a small basket of bread, flavored butters and an appetizer to our table with the comment "from the kitchen." Of course it's from the kitchen but such comments usually mean "this is complimentary from the kitchen." Sure enough, there was a Euro 6,40 charge for 2 Cuvert/Gedeck. Such practices take advantage of the international traveler and border on unethical. |

The bed. It was very comfortable. The room was light and the decor was good Smoke in the bar in fact all over the ground floor. My wife had to use oxygen for most of the time.Only one set of towels for 2 people, we had to ask for more. We will not stay in this holel again. |

proximity to airport. Had a night layover in Vienna, I have stayed here twice before and the location is perfect, That you have to pay for everything! the fitness room, breakfast, internet all have charges. |

Very close to the airport [you don't have to get up too early to catch your plane], posh lobby area, all in all - a business-oriented hotel. The standard double rooms are a bit small - the beds were too close to the door, it was noisy during the night [not a fault on the hotel staff side though] and you can't help but hear what's happening in the corridor... |

This was the end of a three week trip through Europe, and we were very pleased to end our trip in a beautiful hotel so close to the Airport, so stylish, and and confortable. We had a fantastic dinner in the dinning room. A perfect ending to our trip. No. The hotel was very nice, very clean, modern, and confortable. |

The food was incredible. The wait staff was fantastic. The cleaning tried to come into our room3 times with her key without knocking. My husband and I where dressing. |

Friendly and attentive staff. Very Very welllocated for the airport, could not be better. Would have liked one of the more modern re-furbished rooms. I will specifiy this if I stay again. |

Clean and well designed business hotel, just across the exit from the terminal, preferred also by airline staff. I don't want to pay eur 18,-/24h for Wireless lan. In a hotel of this category, Internet access should be included. Actually, it should be included in every hotel nowadays, like international newspapers should be available for reading in the lobby... |
