NH Vienna Airport  

Very close to the airport terminal and not noisy. Breakfast is good.

Water was leaking all the night from air conditioner. Extra bed was not ready on arrival. Extra charges for parking - 22 eur, breakfast - 18 eur, Internet - 10 eur. They are blocking double amount on your card at check-in.

We had booked a Standard Double Room with modern design and we received an ugly-looking room. The furniture was worn out; the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was stinky (not cleaned!). The bed was so noisy and uncomfortable that we decided to put the mattresses on the ground. The pillows and sheets are made of down, so beware if you have asthma or any allergy! The tv is prehistoric and has no decent english-speaking channel. The sound isolation of the room is very poor, so you hear every flight in the airport nearby. The breakfast comes as an extremely expensive supplement. There is no wi-fi in the room and the only internet available in the lobby is extremely expensive. The staff was absolutely not helpful and gave us absolutely no indication whatsoever about the services available in the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a shame and only benefits its location just in front of the airport.

I really dont understand that how they still charge from internet.. lot of hair in the bed

Pillows, bathroom lotions, shampoo... Need to be improved. Breakfast should be included, swimming pool is highly recommended.

i came from ukraine and stay here waiting for my flight the next day to new york. i had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. this was my third time at this hotel. my room was very nice and relaxing. i slepted very well. they also have a very nice resturant in the hotel. i plan to stay here again next year.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and also enough personal to refill empty food supplies,what is opposite of North American shortage of people, also workers are very relaxed it tells me they are enjoying to work in your hotel.Personal overall is excellent,price of hotel was expensive,location and cat excellent,bathroom older but very functional,I will for sure recommend nh hotel to my friends, Regards, Mario Klobucar

IN the airport - Vienna. excellent, unmatched location for travelers with early/late flights.

No breakfast in the price. same as other hotels in Vienna. What is the problem to provide a 5 euro simple morning meal when average price of room is 100 euro???

Airport location.

Two beds next to each other are not tied; my wife fell through (between the two beds) several times. It is a shame this hotel does not have beds for married couples or King Size beds.....

Great location, right outside the airport. I needed to stay a night before my next flight. Great for transit travellers but way too expensive!

Too expensive for what it is

We were in transit and had to stay one night in Vienna and depart early the next morning. As we've visited Vienna before we had no reason to go into the center. So, staying at the airport was a perfect option and nh is a very nice hotel. It's right there as you come out of the airport!

Too expensive for what it is, breakfast is extra charged for ~20 EUR - while you can hardly eat for 4 EUR. Tea cups are supplied with plastic spoons. Very limited room service.

Closeness to airport. Comfortable beds.

Rooms were fair, lack of enough bath towels, bath and tub without slip guards, TV was ancient, room temp control problems.
