Access to the airport and transportation into Vienna; the train station is within walking distance of the airport and intersects with the metro into Vienna. The spa was wonderful. The split king size bed, two doubles, was not comfortable, and for some reason the TV in the room was not a flat screen, it detracted from the modern décor.

Modern, stylish, clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Perfect location for travelers with an early morning flight. CAT train from downtown to the airport terminates at 11:30pm.

Proximity to airport Staff - not friendly, not helpful, problems with overnight parking to which no solution was offered, charging deposit to credit card - which was more than actual bill for 1 night and not telling customer that this is deposit payment, not the bill, etc. Staff need a lot of training on how to be helpful, friendly and professional. No apology was offered when I came back asking about the amount that was charged to credit card.

Very clean, friendly staff, fast check in and out. Nice bar area, not overly expensive for wine and beer. Pillows were too flat and only one for each of us. Jack hammer going all night at the airport construction. Only one packet each of coffee, I asked for additional but never got it. Maybe because front desk person never asked my name or room number.

Close to the airport great breakfast Terrible noise throuhgout the night due to construction work on railway station opposite the hotel. Receptionist did not warn us or offered the room in other part of the hotel, although they know very well that construction work is running on 24/7 basis. Room is very small...

Room service was excellent. Very quick and good food. Great location for business travel. 3 minutes walk from airport terminal. On my second night, service in the restaurant was very slow, and it wasn't even busy! Room was hot. Airconditioning was not working correctly.
