Dining room manager was very helpful in finding a non-smoking area where we could order from the bar menu instead of getting a large meal. Shower is not enclosed; water sprays into the bathroom. |

The best thing is that it is just across from the airport. The restaurant is also quite good. The hotel had turned off the Air Conditioning and only had heat in the rooms. It made the rooms very stuffy and uncomfortable for our group of 8 traveling together. Since their system is not centrally controlled, we had no choice of whether we wanted heat or cooling. Many of our group had to open windows to breathe. Unfortunately we were on the ground floor with a parking lot outside. |

The buffet breakfast was marvelous and even though very high priced (30 euro) I thought it was very nicely done. I would certainly do the buffet again. I stayed at the Hotel Sacher in Vienna and thought that the NH VIenna had a better buffet, at the same price. The air conditioning was not working in the hotel and it was very hot all night long. I hardly slept. To be fair, after expressing my concerns to the front desk the next morning, they were very good about compensating us appropriately. |

convenient location AC in the room was out of service, I have reported that on check-out, wonder if it was fixed as a result of that. Preventive technical maintenance requires an improvement, to be adequate to profile and standard of this hotel |

excellent friendly helpful staff, well equipped fitness room, buffet dinner was superb. nice sized room with wonderful deep bath! the only thing that let this hotel down was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |
