Location is excelent, couldn´t be better. Staff is really helpful, much above average. Large room. Fluent english spoken. This is not a nh standart hotel. 1) They lock the from door at 10:30pm and gave no indication on what to do ( there are no comunication between the door and reception). 2) We had to carry our lugage thrght the stairs ( 5 or 6 steps) since the lift does not go all the way down. 3) If you arrive by car it is almost impossible to find the hotel with the given address since the parking is in fact in the hear part of the hotel ( other street). Again there is no indications, nobody to help you and the street is very very busy, so you will not be able to park for 2 minutes to ask. 4) Since the temperature was fair they decided not to turn the temperature control on, so it sometimes was a little bit hot and other quite cool, inside our room. In short, we know many nh hotel and this one is not on the same level.

Nice and helpfull employees, great room, excellent breakfast and the location is in the very heart of the city. No complaints whatsoever, just a suggestion: please signal the entrance of the hotel. It took me 15 minutes to discover it.

I liked the location and a nice and cosy room. The service was also good. To my mind the breakfast was rather expensive.

The Location was the best, You could take the Underground in just 1/2 a minute and go anywhere you want in Vienna. The Hotel staff were very helpful and kind. the parking was just down the hotel. I liked it and recommend it for every one.

The location, near to shopping centre and also to the U-bahn. Room is spacious and cosy. Due to language barrier - they are not proficient in English and as such lead to miscommuncation on our request. However this is minor, probably next time they should request for a written request instead of verbal.

Is in the center of Wien and is always clean. The rooms are big and the staff is very careful. The reception lady is always ready to assist no matter the time. The food is good. The hotel is eco-friendly.

The staff was nice and efficient, as always (I spent some couple of days in the hotel already, in the past); they booked exactly the kind of room I asked for. The housekeepers(the persons in charge with cleaning the rooms) were very good and efficient. The hotel is comfortable, clean and well situated. The breakfast was surprisingly poor, especially compared with the breakfast served in the same hotel two or three years ago. One hour before ending the breakfast time, there were no boiled eggs (only some scrumbbled eggs, not tasty at all), no various kind of breads or cakes, as they used to have in the past; only 2-3 slices of cheese and some ham. I had to go to the kitchen and ask for hot water for the tea and some orange juice. It doesn't worth its price at all (theoretically, 18 euros) and it is not a four stars hotel breakfast so next time, if I will choose to stay again in this hotel, I won't ask for breakfast. Also, especially during the evenings, cigarette' smoke was entering in my room, even it was a non-smoking floor; I did not know if it came from the heating installation or from the inferior floors, but I had to keep opened the windows which was not desirable in the middle of January.

Location on Maria Hilfenstrasse was perfect. Price was good value The cost of parking was 19 euros. Way too expensive! Smoking floors could be smelt even though we weren't staying on a smoking level. A fully non-smoking hotel would be better.

Quiet comfortable rooms in the form of apartments, good location, garage. Unnecessairly expensive breafast, 17 euros per person per day, when you have a bakery in front of the hotel or you can prepare the breakfest in your appartment. Since it is a 4 star hotel, it's not ok that WiFi is free in the lobby, while in the room pays 6 euros per hour which must be used within 24 hours.

Great location (no need to feel you have to stay near the cathedral to get the true Vienna experience) as the metro is at the hotel entrance (be sure to look for the right street exit when getting directly off the metro). Like most nh Hotels - this one is clean & basic but nice with comfortable beds. Smells of smoke in the lobby and hallways (despite us being on a non- smoking floor). Common hallways could really use an update; they don't reflect the nicer rooms inside. When we asked how much an international call would cost us from the hotel room we were told 'I dont know' and they made no effort to find out what it would be.

Its location was great. I booked for a double bedroom room and the hotel gave me a room with 2 single beds which were quite uncomfortable for a couple.

Location is great, at Mariahilfer Strasse, very close to old town, museum quarter and other historical places. Eve, very close to Mariahilfer, place is quiet. Our room (112) was spacious and with comfort even for longer stay, including living room and small kind of kitchen corner (proper fridge, microwave, basin).
