The room was big and the metro station was very close. The room needed renovation. There were some paint missing and the shower wasn´t that nice. There was only small amount of water comeing and silicon missing. Also the brekfas was 17 eur/ person which is too mush. |

the passage way to enter the hotel from the metro station, sometimes had vagabonds or weird people, it did not give the hotel a good first impression. |

The location of the Hotel was perfect. We stayed there 3 nights and found many options of Cafes, Shops and Restaurants around, besides being a 10 min walk to the Museums and major attractions! Our room was also excellent. It was a Triple room but it was more like a 2 bedroom apartment. The bedroom had its own TV and sofa area, besides the TV and sofa area of the Living room. There was also a Dining area, a mini Kitchen, 3 huge wardrobes enough to fit any luggage, and lots of free space everywhere. The big Bathroom was also accessible from the Bedroom and Living room, so it was very comfortable and private for everybody. The beautiful wooden floor and furnishing was stylish and clean. Breakfast was also great. It's a bit difficult to find the entrance of the Hotel because it's a passage on Mariahilferstrasse. We never got enough toiletries for 3. But everything else was perfect. |

Very polite, helpful and hospitable staff; Clean hotel; Located right in the centre and has easy access to the main shopping street of vienna. The noise from the nearby building construction operations, and the lack of shower gel supply from the cleaners. If you are staying in the hotel with family and older children the cost of breakfast is a bit too high! You should offer alternative breakfast at lower price, if possible. |

The location is very good. The hotel-parking is a great advantage. The breakfest is excellent, but pretty expensive. |

The price and location was great. Secure parking was available for additional 18 Euro per day. Shopping at your feet. The hotel is actually at least two buildings connected and that makes it a little maze-like to get around. Also, you have to walk through a type of hallway in the shopping area to get to it, and the first night, there was a homeless man sleeping on the ground. The next day was a cold one, and there were about 5 sleeping on the ground. Given the fact that the rooms are so disconnected from the front desk and I was without my husband, I felt a little unsafe, though I am told Vienna is a very safe city. |

Excellent, convenient location. Reasonable price. This is a suite-hotel. The room (suite) was spacious, including a big bathroom. I liked having a microwave, refrigerator, and electronic safe. The wireless internet worked well. No major complaints. The walls of the rooms could use some decoration. They are rather bare. The bedroom needs a bit of extra lighting - like a floor lamp. |

In addition to the overall comfort and quiet of the hotel, the location - just off the Museum Quarter - in great. |

I liked the position of the hotel and the ease of getting to Neubaugasse U-Bahn Station and hence to Westbahnof and to the Airport (from Wien Mitte by CAT) I found it easy to get to Schoenbrunn Palace and Gardens |

Good location, kitchen and the room itself: The room was nice, clean and big. The "default" pillows are way too big and hard, but those were replaced with decent one's right away after a request. |

Location, location, location In the morning when check-out it was only one lady at the desk and it was quite a line to wait to check-out. I didn't like that the lady from the desk didn't understood that we wanted to have the invoice on my husbant's company and she was rude and nervose that she had to change the information on the prior reservation. |
