The room is rather big, with two zones (sleeping and living). Good location. By mistake, I believe, they tried to calculate and charge me for some items from minibar, which I did not use at all. Thanks God, a senior manager took my side:-D

Location., big rooms, Breakfast was acceptable. The garrage under the hotel. We booked with free internet in the room. When arrive at the hotel, in the evening, the receptionist tell us it is impossible to have free interent in the room, she couldn't do anithing and she was verry arrogant!!!!! So, we didn't hane free internet in the room. It was one of the criteria we choose tih hotel. The bed was too high and soft. We have to ask 3 times for shower gel. In the future, we will look for another chain of hotels in our tripping.

Receptionist Stefanie was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast until 11 am. My room was in the other building from the entrance so I had to go quite far with my heavy luggage. Internet wifi in the room for extra charge of 10.80 /day seems unreasonable, especially when a 3 star hotel in front offers it to its guests free of charge.

Big rooms, comfy beds, excellent location for combining shopping with the sightseeing. We walked by foot to the city center (15 min) and got back to the Hotel using metro (3 stations). Loved the mini kitchen in the room with the fridge and microwave. Breakfast was yummy in a very cosy breakfast facility. Staff was polite enough for my liking. Pillows are way too soft and it's easy to slip in a bath so non-slip bath mat should be available in every shower. They advertise free WIFI in the lobby we found that like the rest of the guests not to be true.

The room was big enough. Tea facilities in the room but no tea. First we have not received the room which was declared, but later the room was changed . City tax was not included in the price, so there was some misunderstanding.

Location. Excellent for shopping on Mariahilfer St. Direct access to subway system (u3). Room size was reasonable (by European standards). The living room with a sofa and the small kitchen with a real fridge and a microwave oven are a plus. Paid Internet access, in the room. These days, most of the hotels (including Vienna hotels) offer free wifi access. The common area for bathroom, toilet, dressing area is not the best idea of interior design. No concierge/bell boy service, I.E. be prepared to carry your luggage over long distances, as the hotel spreads over two buildings.

Very well located, on the main shopping street, in a central position, close to the underground station, but very quiet and peaceful. Clean and comfortable rooms, underground parking, very good breakfast, friendly staff. I gladly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located with easy walk to all historic sites and central shopping. We arrived at the hotel early, wanted to leave our luggage in the luggage, but we were immediately given a room. We were very pleased. We liked everything about the hotel. Exceeded all our expectations. Great apartment, new furniture, very comfortable bed's. Modern, clean and spacious rooms. Our studio room was fantastic - very large and beautifully decorated with a large wide bed which was very comfortable. It also had a well fitted kitchen area with microwave oven, kettle. Cleaning is excellent, gel, soap, shampoo made from natural ingredients of excellent quality. This is not just a hotel is is a place that you feel at home and not just a room number. The staff are very polite and professional. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all due to its location, facilities and great staff. Excellent parking, but expensive.

After our complaint we got a nice room with big bed and a lot of space around. We got different room we booked through booking.com site (two bed instead of marriage bed as was paid) so we ask for changes. The desk clerk was extremely arrogant and unwilling to help us. We also ask for free internet as announced in the room because that was the purpose we order this hotel. There were no free internet in the room, only in the reception desk! This arrogant guy in the reception desk don’t care that although we have a confirmation from booking that internet is free in the rooms. I am very disappointed of this hotel.

The room are spacious with kitchen corner and dining room with TV, separate bedroom with TV. Room clean with floor in parquet . Internet free in the lobby. Staff very kind and available. Location very good for shopping. Mariahilfer Strasse is full of nice shops. If you don't have breakfast included there is a "Struck" bar closed to the hotel, with croissant and drinks at reasonable prices. If you goes by car, there is a covered parking in front of NH hotel. Wi-fi no Free (only by Swiss.com).

Great location (no need to feel you have to stay near the cathedral to get the true Vienna experience) as the metro is at the hotel entrance (be sure to look for the right street exit when getting directly off the metro). Like most nh Hotels - this one is clean & basic but nice with comfortable beds. Smells of smoke in the lobby and hallways (despite us being on a non- smoking floor). Common hallways could really use an update; they don't reflect the nicer rooms inside. When we asked how much an international call would cost us from the hotel room we were told 'I dont know' and they made no effort to find out what it would be.

Location is great, at Mariahilfer Strasse, very close to old town, museum quarter and other historical places. Eve, very close to Mariahilfer, place is quiet. Our room (112) was spacious and with comfort even for longer stay, including living room and small kind of kitchen corner (proper fridge, microwave, basin).
