Velikost in oprema sobe.

Ni mi bilo všeč, da ni bilo prostega parkirnega mesta. Glede na to, da se ga ne da rezervirati sem pričakoval, da bo parkirno mesto prosto. Ob tem pa me je razočaralo še sebje, ki ni vedelo niti kakšne so druge možnosti pariranja (npr. najbližja parkirna hiša, kakšne so tam cene), niti se niso najmanj potrudili, da bi pogledali če se morda kakšno parkirno mesto vendarle najde oz. bi lahko imeli za takšne primere kakšen dogovor za cenejše parkiranje v kaki bližnji parkirni hiši.

Zelo velike sobe, ločena spalnica, super zajtrk, centralna lokacija, parking (čeprav drag, tako kot povsod na Dunaju).

The hotel looks like a student residence.

The situation of the hotel was just perfect. The metro line 3 is just 10 secondes from the Hotel. The breakfast was just awesome!!! They had everything (bacon, eggs, yogurt, cereals, cheese, ham, salmon,...... 7 different sorts of juices, the coffee very good as well) The room was spacious with nice design, and with a kitchenette with microwave

The people are very unfriendly in vienna, I' ve never saw that before!!! At the Hotel it was ok, but the staff at the reception explain nothing about the breakfast, the plan of the city, the metro station just next the hotel... You have to ask everything...

Nice large room with desk to work at.

The advertisement of free wifi. The first night, I could not get it to work, each page took a minute to open. When I talked to staff, they just told me it was slow, but I could purchase a faster connection for 10 eur. So WiFi was not free after all. The front desk did not believe it was their problem as the deal about free internet was between the company nh and Swisscom.........I Tried to point out that to me, he represented nh - he did not see it that way, though.

Metro station is just downstairs. Clean, spacy roooms. Walk distance to city center. Staff was quite friendly.

Excellent location, but that's all. There are much better hotels in Vienna for the price.

The hotel looks like an apartment house. The room was quite dark. The room was not ready as we arrived (at 14:00, which is the published check in our). At the reception I was told, that it would take 5 minutes until it's ready. 15 minutes latter I asked, whether the room is ready. The room was ready, but surprisingly they have forget to tell us.

Rooms are big and clean. Location is ok.

Price is a bit high, but ok

Great value for your money

The location is good, the rooms really nice and the breakfast plentiful.

The staff was as cold as the weather outside (where it was -6 Celsius). Reception left a sour taste in my mouth. I have stayed at NH hotels before and like the brand, but will not stay in this hotel again! They treated us like it was a privilege for us to talk to them. Had to go in twice to get them to open the parking gate (where I paid 19 eur per day for parking and there was no parking spot available, all being occupied. The reception staff said to just leave it somewhere...). They gave us no instructions on how to get to our room (this hotel has 2 separate sides), no information about breakfast or anything else. To be fair, the reception staff during checkout was much better.

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was good and clean.

The staff were rude and not welcoming. I tried to check-out 1 hour late and they confirm that I can do it as there were no other reservations for the same room; however, they asked for more money for each hour. Simply, they are not looking for good customer care rather than financial benefits. In addition, the staff were always surly and in a bad mood and not smiling at all.

The friendly staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is nice and clean from the lobby to your room. What I was impressed with was the room, having a separate seating area with mini-kitchen/bar area was great. The bed was good and comfortable, The room kept the temperature nicely. The breakfast is large and plenty of choices, the staff is very accomodating. Geting a beir at night is easy too in the lobby and they provide ice for your room upon request.

A couple of things small things actually. The hotel should post on the webite (theirs and Booking.com) the address of the parking for people driving there. The listed address takes to the busy shopping area street while the parking address actually takes you to the lobby entrance. Local parking garages are expensive compared to the hotel parking. The gym area could use a treadmill, but the eliptical is nce too.

Its a beautiful country with a lot of sightseeing places to visit like museums’, palaces, etc. it is also a very good shopping place with all the different brands and shops from average material to famous and well known brands. its clean, organized and beautiful.

Perfect place to visit for a weekend - this time a combination of a family trip with business trip worked very well. Lots to see and especially easy to travel around in the city by U-bahn.
