Otelin havalandırma ve ısıtma konforu son derece yetersiz. Bu yüzden otel içerisinde ağır bir koku vardı ve gün boyunca otel çok soğuktu. Ayrıca temizlik yetersizdi.

Bizce kahvaltinin fiyata dahil olmaması ve pahalı olması cok buyuk bir dezavantaj.

otelin tum isitmasini kapatmislar. sicagi acsam bile soguk veriyordu oda da. ayrica seyyar kaloriferde yoktu, extra battaniye de yoktu. gece usumekten uyuyamadik esimle. bu kadar berbat bir otel gormedim. calisanlari da ne kalorifer nede battaniye bulabildiler. bedava ya kal deseler bir daha kalmam.

IT looks like à bunker. I have stayed in NH hotels before but this was à bad experience.

Location on the Mariahilferstrasse

Homeless people sitting or sleeping right in the passage way to the hotel entrance, a lot of smell, litter, ...

The hotel is nice, has an excellent location right on the Mariahilfer Strasse. They have their own parking but you have to pay 19 euro per day. Breakfast is rich and tasty. I would recomand the hotel for travellers who want to shop and also visit Vienna but you have to be not very demanding.

We booked 3 rooms 1 month in advance and phoned twice to be sure that the rooms are next to each other and have separate living and bedroom. Although they ensured me that it would be so it wasn't. And the staff wasn't eager to help. Also the heat was on only in some parts of the hotel so that we had 17 degrees in room. The rooms are with old scratched furniture and the sliding doors make a lot of noise. Definatly not a hotel for people with high demands. This was our second time here but it will be the last as it seems the hotel is looking worst than the last time.

Location, but the entrance is through a lane in the middle of a shopping mall, with stairs through which you need to take your luggage.

Entrance The attitude and behaviour of the receptionist who dealt with us. Arrogant and unbecoming. First provided with a key that didn't work, had to go all the way back and get it reactivated. Provided with a queen room while told it is a twin and then had to deal with rude behaviour of the receptionist when told I want a change. The free wifi is darn slow. The coffee/tea sachets are to be collected from the reception. Not available at the room along with the kettle.

Proximity to transport quite good; not far from city centre; shops and cafes nearby

The situation of the hotel was just perfect. The metro line 3 is just 10 secondes from the Hotel. The breakfast was just awesome!!! They had everything (bacon, eggs, yogurt, cereals, cheese, ham, salmon,...... 7 different sorts of juices, the coffee very good as well) The room was spacious with nice design, and with a kitchenette with microwave

The people are very unfriendly in vienna, I' ve never saw that before!!! At the Hotel it was ok, but the staff at the reception explain nothing about the breakfast, the plan of the city, the metro station just next the hotel... You have to ask everything...

Nice large room with desk to work at.

The advertisement of free wifi. The first night, I could not get it to work, each page took a minute to open. When I talked to staff, they just told me it was slow, but I could purchase a faster connection for 10 eur. So WiFi was not free after all. The front desk did not believe it was their problem as the deal about free internet was between the company nh and Swisscom.........I Tried to point out that to me, he represented nh - he did not see it that way, though.

Metro station is just downstairs. Clean, spacy roooms. Walk distance to city center. Staff was quite friendly.

Excellent location, but that's all. There are much better hotels in Vienna for the price.

The hotel looks like an apartment house. The room was quite dark. The room was not ready as we arrived (at 14:00, which is the published check in our). At the reception I was told, that it would take 5 minutes until it's ready. 15 minutes latter I asked, whether the room is ready. The room was ready, but surprisingly they have forget to tell us.

Rooms are big and clean. Location is ok.

Price is a bit high, but ok

Great value for your money

The location is good, the rooms really nice and the breakfast plentiful.

The staff was as cold as the weather outside (where it was -6 Celsius). Reception left a sour taste in my mouth. I have stayed at NH hotels before and like the brand, but will not stay in this hotel again! They treated us like it was a privilege for us to talk to them. Had to go in twice to get them to open the parking gate (where I paid 19 eur per day for parking and there was no parking spot available, all being occupied. The reception staff said to just leave it somewhere...). They gave us no instructions on how to get to our room (this hotel has 2 separate sides), no information about breakfast or anything else. To be fair, the reception staff during checkout was much better.
