Great view from bedroom over river. Location. Nice modern decor

Room was a bit stuffy at night and too noisy to leave window open.

The lady in the bar on Sunday 5th evening (late around 10,30pm) was very unfriendly.

Good for who want to join with Linz marathon

The location, value for price, cleanliness, staff, parking available, very nice area for walking, relaxing. Very high rating from Trip Advisor .... We rely on this for information when travelling, particularly when choosing accommodations.

It's in a quiet area, right in front of the Danube, close to the city too.

Excellent price

First thing when i arrived and wanted to pay right away, the price was different than my reservation which was 67,00 € and i had to pay 69,80 € and thats also ok but then i went to the room and it was not what i asked for it was a double room not a double bed and the picture in my reservation was a doublebed room and i asked what are the other optbions to get a double bed room i had to pay 20,00 € more to have what i asked for, and when i got to the room there was no aircondition like it says in here in booking.com i don't know if that's called a cheating or decieving ??

Breakfast was very highly priced at 20 euros per person. We did not have this so can't comment on whether it was worth it or not.

Frühstück wäre 20 Euro pro Person Aufpreis gewesen. Doppelbett 10 Euro Aufpreis (Betten ließen sich aber problemlos zusammenschieben)

Ausblick vom Zimmer sehr schön, Frühstück ist phänomenal, selten so ein tolles Buffett gedehen. Dame an der Bar war sehr nett, hat uns zu später Stunde noch äußerst freundlich bedient!

Die Behandlung unserer Beschwerde durch den General Manager. Die Lage und Aussicht für diesen Preis.

Das Zimmer war leider katastrophal und wir fanden keinen Schlaf. Der Grund ist uns bis dato nicht bekannt, denn es tropfte im Lüftungsschacht in unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten. Als wir dies am Morgen reklamierten, wurde daraufhin nicht wirklich eingegangen. Unsere nachträgliche Beschwerde wurde aber von General Manager sehr kulant und äußerst freundlich behandelt, weswegen wir auch trotzdem eine Empfehlung aufgrund der tollen Lage und dem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis abgeben können - natürlich unter der Bedingung, dass dies ein einmalige Problem dieses Zimmers war und dieses behoben wurde.
