The direct access to the Alpenterme Gastein is great. The hotel's own swimming pool was open even at 10 P.M. (I guess it's open all night long)! The staff at the reception desk extremely friendly and helpful. The room wasn't ready although we arrived at 6 P.M. The rooms are way too small. The hotel is hard to find.

Идеальный отель для отдыха в долине Гаштайн, это наш теперь самый любимый отель. Отличается он комфортом, практически семейным отношением к гостям, хорошо налажена обратная связь менеджеров отеля с гостями по всем вопросам пребывания и даже организации отдыха. На наш взгляд, кухня отеля, ее повар и кондитер заслуживают на мишленовские звезды. И очень удобный внутренний переход в термы, который открыт с 08.00 до 23.00.

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Sehr gut ist der Durchgang in die Therme den man mit Bademantel gehen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das extrem freundliche, hilfsbereite, kompetente Personal im Restaurant , die hervorragende Küche, die grosse Auswahl am Büfet. Sehr freundliche MA auch an der Rezeption. Die Koffer werden ins Zimmer gebracht. Super Hotel, unbedingt zum weiterempfehlen Evt. speziell für den Sommer wären im Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und Minibar sehr gut

Das Hotel NORICA hat einen unterirdische Zugang zur ALPENTHERME und das ist wirklich außerordentlich praktisch. Ganz besonders zu betonen ist auch das äußert freundlche Team und die außerordentlich gute Küche. Auch so ein überaus reichhaltiges Buffet findet man selten.. Ich war schon zum zweiten Mal da, aber sicher nicht zum letzten Mal. Zu erwähnen ist, das alte, gebrechliche und behinderte Menschen mit dem niederen WC im Badezimmer möglicherweise Probleme haben.

Il collegamento con l'impianto termale è un servizio eccezionale. La cene arano ottime e molto abbondanti. Il personale, soprattutto quello di sala e del bar, è stato fantastico. Competenza, gentilezza e disponibilita'!

A fost bine din punctul nostru de vedere. Nu ca nu mi-ar fi placut ceva anume, dar am observat ca 85% din clientii hotelului sunt peste 60 ani.

Der herzliche und überaus freundliche Empfang bei der Rezeption des Hotels und das Bemühen der dort tätigen Personen für jedes noch so kleines Problems eine Lösung zu finden hat mich begeistert. Auch das übrige Personal ist stets freundlich und ausgesprochen zuvorkommend! Super habe ich auch gefunden, dass Hunde im Hotel willkommen sind. Das der Hund nicht zum Frühstück und nicht zum Abendessen mitgenommen werden darf ist zwar ein kleiner Wermutstropfen für den Hundebesitzer letztlich aber doch verständlich! Vielleicht könnte hier ein von den anderen Hotelgästen getrennter Raum geschaffen werden, wo auch der Hund mitgenommen werden darf! Grundsätzlich hat mir im Hotel Norica alles gefallen. Negativ habe ich nur empfunden, dass der Parkplatz doch etwas zu abgelegen vom Hotel ist und zuwenige Parkplätze vorhanden sind und es keine hoteleigene Tiefgarage gibt.

Én már most voltam negyedszer a Noricában,ahol lassan csalágtagnak számítok.Az csak egy dolog,hogy már az első ottlétem után üdvözletet küldtek a születésnapomra,amihez egy koktél is tarozott.Azóta ez minden évben így van.Tanulhatnának a magyar szállodák,hogy vendéget ígyis meg lehet nyerni.Ha élek,jövőre is megyek,az önök irodáján keresztül.Egyébbként egy bizonyos hévizi szállodában is voltam már háromszor,de onnan még nem kaptam születésnapi jókívánságot. Üdvözlöm önöket,Teodorovicsné.
