I was disappointed from attitude of front desk personal. When making the reservation it was written that no deposit will be taken till18:00 at the day of arrival. Two hours after the reservation was made the whole amount for the stay was blocked in my credit card. At arrival the front desk guy wanted to block another 200 euro as authorization but after 20 min of explanation he understood that the amount is already authorized and is not needed to be done again. At check out I was asked to pay the whole amount (because the previous was authorization but not payment) and I was said that the blocked amount will be returned from the hotel in 20 days. This was the third hotel from my travel in Austria made via booking and in all other cases the authorization amount was used by the hotel for payment and no other hotel wanted from me to pay again. The explanation of the front desk for my remark was that they could not wait 20 days to receive the money that are authorized and that is why want me to pay again. I could say that politic of this hotel must be reviewed.

Good staff, friendly atmosphere and excellent spa facilities. Good breakfast. Direct environment of the hotel is dull and business like, but Historical centre of Graz is easy to reach by bus or car. And as hotel is in the ouskirts, nature is close at hand.

Large room w/ queen-sized bed. Huge breakfast buffet. Quiet. Pool and Spa for guests. Its location is not close to many things but there is a bus stop about a block away with frequent buses.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Personal freundlich, Zimmer in ruhiger Lage und Busstadion in der nähe. Essen werde ich sicher nicht in Ihrem Hotel-Restaurand, da ich nicht bereit bin, eine Gedeck-Gebühr zu bezahlen.

Stanza normale e tranquilla, parcheggio privato. Spa e piscina e sauna pulite e poco affollate. Particolare il grande l'acquario nel bar dell'hotel. Di nota i piatti che propone il ristorante: sopra la media cittadina a livello di particolarità e curatezza (e prezzo - ma ne vale la pena)

kurze wartezeiten am empfang, trotz hoher besuchsdichte (abendprogramm), an der bar ein raucherbereich, der nicht im freien war; der eckeinstieg in die dusche war ziemlich eng, nur für schlanke menschen gemacht; ansonsten war ich zu kurz da;

Pool Aquarium an der Bar teilweise Schimmel im Badezimmer beim Frühstück teilweise altes Obst, das dort offenbar bereits ein paar Tage lag, generell kein Schwarzbrot beim Frühstück Parkplatz nicht überdacht kein Nichtraucherbereich in Bar, auch starker Rauchgeruch im Zimmer (obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer)

Fitnessraum, Wellness, bei Kongressbesuch alles unter einem Dach. Küche o.K. Errreichbarkeit ab Autobahnabfahrt. Sehr verwinkelt und unübersichtlich. Zimmer ganz schlecht isoliert (Türen), so dass man meint, während man im Bett liegt gehen Besucher die sich am Gang unterhalten direkt durch das Bett. Für Privaturlaub weniger geeignet, da Charme fehlt.
