The rooms were quite large with the couch in the double room and the bed in the triple. It was very easy to take a tram into the center of Linz. Checkin and check out were simple. I liked the restaurant and lounge area outside near the pool. The pool was nice, but it would have been better if it was not all one depth and had a shallow end for the younger kids. It was nice to have the play area, but it could have been updated somewhat. |

We arrived in the early evening after a day of driving, the hotel restaurant was open and the prices were very reasonable. Our room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. We liked using the safe in our room. We had our Collie dog with us and he was treated very well, the server in the dining room brought him water. The hotel advertises air conditioning, but it is really recirculated air, not the frosty cool A/C that Americans are used to. |

Staff was very helpfull and friendly, whether at the fornt desk, bar or restaurant. Breakfast buffet was very good. |

Central location close to the trams for easy access to train staion and town centre There could have been more selection in the mini bar, such as wine. Also bar prices were expensive. |

Staff are friendly and supportive. We started the breakfast earlier than the regular opening by 30 minutes but it was not a problem, flexible handling of the situation. Heating can not be regulated in the room (central regulation). We had asked for portable heater and the staff provided it luckily. Outside temperature was 2 degree of Celsius at the night. |

Sehr gutes Frühstück, wird laufend nachgereicht. Freundliches Service auch Sonderwünsche werden sofort erledigt. Schöner Garten. Im Zimmer 210 ist der Teppich verschmutzt (alter Fleck), unter dem Fenster sind Flecken auf der Mauer (Schuhe), abgewohnte Möbel. Dadurch macht das Zimmer gleich beim Reinkommen einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Schade. Dadurch scheint der Preis dann auch mit ca. 100€ pro Nacht zu teuer. Wahrscheinlich sind ja nicht alle Zimmer so. Um diesen Preis gibts in Linz schönere Zimmer. |

Die Erreichbarkeit ist gut Es handelt sich um einen typischen 70er-Jahre Plattenbau, der damals sicher hypermodern war, mittlerweile aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist! Das Personal bemüht sich alles sehr sauber zu halten und ist sehr freundlich, aber das Gebäude ist halt sehr abgewohnt und eine Renovierun wäre bitter nötig! |

Die Lage des Hotels war optimal. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Schmutziger Teppichboden im Flur, sehr abgenutzte Einrichtungen. |

小さな子供を連れた家族で泊まりました。「お子様連れ歓迎」とあったのでえらびましたが、非常に清潔で安心- して宿泊出来ました。チェックイン時のぬいぐるみプレゼントは嬉しかったです。子供も大喜び。レセプション- スタッフも非常に親切でした。部屋も、ソファーベットが用意された部屋で快適に眠れました。 |

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, daher gute Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt. Bei heißem Wetter ist der Pool eine Wohltat nach den Besichtigungstouren. Teppichböden auf den Fluren gehört dringend ausgewechselt !!! |

Schnelles Checking, ruhige Lage, gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto, grosser Parkplatz, freundliches Personal, geräumiges Zimmer Zimmer war ok., jedoch Haare am Boden im Badezimmer (nicht tragisch, sollte jedoch vermieden werden) |

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach zu erreichen. Man ist sofort auf der Autobahn. Mit sieben € ist man mit dem Taxi sehr schnell im Zentrum. Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr enge Gänge. Der Lift und die automatische Raumbelüftung sind ein Witz. |

schon etwas abgewohntes aber doch recht sauberes Hotel mit guter Anbindung über Straßenbahn an das Stadtzentrum. Insgesamt ruhige Lage. Gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und günstige Parkplatzsituation. Freizeitmöglichkeit mit Gartenlandschaft und Pool. Wirkt etwas abgewohnt, abends relativ einsam. |
