We arrived in the early evening after a day of driving, the hotel restaurant was open and the prices were very reasonable. Our room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. We liked using the safe in our room. We had our Collie dog with us and he was treated very well, the server in the dining room brought him water. The hotel advertises air conditioning, but it is really recirculated air, not the frosty cool A/C that Americans are used to. |

Staff was very helpfull and friendly, whether at the fornt desk, bar or restaurant. Breakfast buffet was very good. |

Central location close to the trams for easy access to train staion and town centre There could have been more selection in the mini bar, such as wine. Also bar prices were expensive. |

Staff are friendly and supportive. We started the breakfast earlier than the regular opening by 30 minutes but it was not a problem, flexible handling of the situation. Heating can not be regulated in the room (central regulation). We had asked for portable heater and the staff provided it luckily. Outside temperature was 2 degree of Celsius at the night. |

Nothing really , it was just ordinary. For a four star hotel, it lacked a coffee machine in the room, It was too far out of town compared to other same priced hotels. |

unkompliziertes ein- und auschecken, günstige Lage zur Haupttrambahnlinie, ruhige Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, qualitativ hochwertige Duschgele, Seifen etc., schöner Garten mit Terrasse, Pool, Tennisplatz, ausreichende, kostenfreie Parkplätze Möbel und Farbgestaltung im 80er Jahre Stil, Doppelbett zu nah an der Wand nur ca 20 cm Entfernung !, französisches Bett mit zu K leiner Decke für zwei Personen |

A fűtés szabályzására nem volt útmutató. A meleg miatt kinyitott ablakon a szálloda gépészeti berendezéseinek zaja kellemetlen, zavaró volt. |

Ontbijt niet echt goed organiseerd. Lange tafels, waarbij koffie niet overal aanwezig is. Heeft eerder een sfeer van refter weer dan een ontbijt Novotel waardig. |

Freundlich, gute Lage, Central. da ich Nachts gerne bei 18 bis 20 Grad raumtemperatur schlafe hatte ich hier etwas Probleme. Die Klimaanlage kann wohl nicht je Raum justiert werden. Der Raum war über Nacht sehr warm. Wem's gefällt. Ich spreche hier nur für mich. |
