A great value for money especially if coming as a group of friends. The apartment was super clean, simple, yet very well equipped (the kitchen has all what you would possibly need). We felt very welcome and Barbara was very helpful with giving us tips and advices. The place is very well located, if coming by car you reach all ski resorts within 15 km; yet the bus stop is right around the corner. Nice, quiet, clean, friendly. We are for sure coming again.

The Obersinnlehenhof is a very nice clean place to stay for me. Barbra was nice and informative. The studio apartment was perfect. I was there to ski and ski I did. Also, the food and girls at the Karen Cafe were great. I hope to return next season. I can also highly recommend vorderegger airport transfer service. The local bus service - one of the drivers was very rude and insisted twice that I pay for the bus service that is free for skiers and riders. The rest of the drivers were fine. Not a big deal but very, very strange.

Obersinnlehenhof is an ideal place for a holiday, room was very clean, quiet and well equipped. The owners are very kind and helpful. Location is just perfect for cycling, hiking or roller skating and for many other activities (spa, trips, ...). Nothing, everything was perfect and we would like to definitely come back for a next holiday.

Velmi příjemní majitelé, se kterými se dá domluvit, a kteří pomohou a vyhoví v případě problému. Velikost apaprtmánů a prostor je vynikající. Dům je po rekonstrukci a vybavení odpovídá ceně ubytování. K dispozici je lyžárna a místo na parkování hned přede dveřmi.

Dostupnost do 15 minut do lyžařských středisek. Klidné místo blízko hlavní silnice, ale velmi dobře odhlučněná okna. Milí majitelé penzionu. Možnost parkování přímo u domu.

Sehr freundliche Wirtsleute, das Studio ist anscheinend neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert (es riecht noch nach frischem Holz), nebenan sind auch ein großes Hotel, in dem man Frühstücken kann, wenn man mal keine Lust hat, selbst alles vorzubereiten und Karin's Café bietet neben dem Hotel großartiges Essen an.

I would like to recommend for those who are looking for a nice accommodation for a reasonable price. Suur avar korter. Asub umbes 10-15km Saalbachi suusakeskusest. Suurepärane kvaliteedi ja hinna suhe. Vaikne, rahulik, puhas. Käisime suusareisil 2 perega, milleks sobis ideaalselt 2 vastastikku olevat korterit. Suusasaabaste kuivatamise võimalus. Jäime kõigega rahule.Ideaalne koht suusapuhkuseks.Soovitame. Köögis ei ole õhupuhastajat-ventilaatorit. Samuti koogi küpsetamiseks võtke vorm kaasa.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. Obersinnlehenhof ideally located for walking, swimming, kajaking, mini-golf, (downhill) mountainbiking etc. etc. Centrally located to venture out in all directions, ~ 5 minutes by car from Zell am See centre. Ideal for a group of people with a lot of privacy if all 3 apartments on top floor rented together. We also rented the studio on the 1st floor. Nice private square for car parking and safe play for children, e.g. football, badminton, table tennis etc.
