Spacious apartment, ver central location, nicely decorated and very friendly staff. Due to a lift defect they gave me not only the minibar for free, but also a full room-service breakfast for 4 days! How kind!

It is really great located! Just on the pedestrian street. I could hear the Opera from my bedroon which was amazing! Friendly staff and clean. I totally recommend to stay in this hotel, evenmore if you are traelling alone or with friends!

Elevator was out of service, so I had the minibar for free, just a few staff but enough for me.

Location is great. The apartment was very spacious and clean. There kitchen is well equipped. There is also a washing machine which is great especially when you were traveling for a long time and you need to wash your clothes.

Just a small complaint that It was difficult to adjust the hot water temperature when you were showering.

Convenient location to see the city

Extremely difficult place to find when arriving by car. I had emailed the staff about our expected arrival time, as requested, but had no response which would have been very helpful as we navigated the city trying to find #47 Kartnerstrasse. It was the beginning of the walking street, impossible to approach by car, and nowhere to park the car to get out and try to find the place to get the keys for our apartment or later to unload the luggage. Advertised as a family apartment, but would have been too tiny for more than two. Thank goodness I had a cell phone to reach the woman on the desk, who was able finally to direct us to the right door(next to Starbucks--why not advise us in advance with a response to my email?)

Location, location, location. Also it is a nice cozy hotel, has all the amenities you may need, including a/c and wifi.

Rooms are a bit tight for 3 people, so book two rooms if possible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a short block from the U1 subway and several trams. At night the opera building across the street has an outdoor giant screen which shows the live performances going on inside the opera building. Easy to find great food from the simple bratwurst to a 4 star meal. The room was large, quite and comfortable.

Finding the front door is a little difficult the first time as the sign is small. But it's easy to find the next time and gives you the feeling of living in Vienna not just staying at a hotel.

Great sensitivity to guests' needs like, everything you would need for cooking, laundry, baths, clean beds. Excellent staff and hospitality.

We stayed in the apartment with our 4 children. It was very spacious for a hotel apartment in the city. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff is friendly and very helpful with luggage, maps and such. The location is perfect with access to everything. We were able to park the car just a 5 minute walk from the hotel for only 7 euro a day. Our location was so good that we did not need the car at all.

This is only a small complaint, but we asked to check out late since my husband was running a race that morning. Even though no one was checking in, they wanted to charge 50 euros for just 4 extra hours.

The location was great, right in the centre of Vienna. The room was big, & the staff very friendly & helpful.

The lift was broken, but we were given free Breakfasts & mini bar to make up for it, so were quite happy.

Excellent location, we could just walk to almost all the tourist attractions in the city. The staff is friendly. The facilities in the room are fantastic. The family room (3-beds) is spacious and clean. The room is so walm and comfortable! And it included a tiny kitchen and mini bar as well. Everything is excellent for my parents and me. And we spent a wonderful holiday there!

the hotel is very well located - just in the middle of the most popular city attractions and shopping streets. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room and the bathroom were clean and cosy, the bed was comfortable, there were tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The lift wasn't working (which was compensated by the free mini-bar), which meant 4 flights of stairs up and down. The entrance to the hotel is not easy to find - it is kind of hidden between the others.

We stayed in apartments (Mahlerstrasse) on 5th floor. There is a bedroom with 1double bed and 2 single beds, a living room with a convertible couch for 2 people and a kitchen that was very good equipped: microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee-machine, kettle, fridge, iron, great number of plates, cups and glasses..frying pans...everything that's needed in the kitchen. The location is great! Metro station Karlsplatz is 3 mins away, Stephansplatz is 7 mins away. Well, you live just in the center of the city! Belvedere is around 20 mins walk! Shortly, I would recommend apts that Opera Suites offers.

The apartment with perfect. big, well equipped, clean and in perfect location in the center. We had a problem (safe did not open) at 1am in the morning and we called the on call receptionist. we got a quick help in a few minutes and he didnt leav us till the problem was solved. amazing service... Very recomended !

Excellent location

Location was excellent...right behind the Opera. Our room overlooked Kartnerstrasse and was very comfortable. Good beds too. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Value for money and definitely will be returning again.

Room was a little small but not a major problem as our days were spent out in any case.

Perfect location. In the very centre of the city and just in front of the State Opera. Room was clean and nice. Personal is friendly and helpfull.

Our room overlooked the main shopping and walking street and in view that windows were as old as the house it was extremely noisy. May be you will be lucky and get a room overlooks opposite street. No private parking place.

The staff were great very friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. The location was very good in the centre of the old area of the city. The rooms were pleasantly decorated and airy.

There was no breakfast included in the room rate= a basic breakfast was available to be delivered to the room at a cost but it was unexciting. The fact that a lot of places don't open til 10 made it a pain as were hungry well before. There are some cooking facilities but not much space as they are in a sort of closet and there are no toasters available. All in all not a big enough room to eat and cook in. If you have a car, parking is available at a nearby parking garage but the cheaper parking garage is a 15-20 min walk away. I think there are other hotels in the area which have better facilities for the cost.
